ROCKET LEAGUE

Rocket League is a video game combining cars and soccer (or as the developer describes, it is “soccer, but with rocket-powered cars”). It was developed and published by Psyonix and was initially released in 2015 for Playstation 4 and Windows and later on, the versions for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch came out. The game has a single-player mode where you play against boss or train solo but its main feature is the multiplayer mode. The multiplayer mode consists of two teams of one to four players who are trying to score the ball into the opponents’ goal. The team with the most goals after 5 minutes wins (if its a tie then its golden goal). Other game modes include hockey and basketball. Rocket League is one of the first video games that allowed cross-platform play between Xbox. Playstation, and PC.

There is a little tension between these two companies as Epic Games doesn’t accept the 30% cut of their revenues in the Google Play Store. but they are still businesses who want to make profits, so our guess is that it will come out on Stadia.

Yes, it will. Psyonix made it clear on multiple occasions on Twitter and on their official website. But they are plans that the game should be accessible via the Epic Store (maybe it’s already live as you are reading this).

Yes, Rocket League will be on the new console generation. Everyone would benefit from it. They will probably make a port for new consoles.
