Cheapest G3SG1 Skins in CSGO

The controversial nature of automatic snipers is why people even buy skins for them; let’s see if there are any cheap weapon skins for the G3SG1 sniper.
Cheapest G3SG1 Skins in CSGO

The G3SG1 is very similar to the SCAR-20, and both of them have notorious reputations. Weapons like this are mainly used to either troll or prove a point to someone, and they’re rarely seen being used in-game.

Due to the G3SG1 not being utilized in most games, skins aren’t really expensive, nor are they bought that often. Unless you’re a collector or like this sniper in particular, there’s no reason to buy an expensive skin for it. Today we’ll be focusing on the cheaper G3SG1 skins so that you can snatch yourself one if you’re on a budget.

Stinger

The G3SG1 Stinger was added to CS:GO on the 28th of November, 2016. It was released as part of the Glove Collection, and currently starts at $0.28 on the Steam Market.

  • Description: A moment of pain. Then nothing.
  • Cheapest-Highest Steam Price: $0.28(FT) - $1.11(FN)
  • Drops From: Glove Case
  • First Appeared: 28 November 2016

The black futuristic design this skin has going on is really nice, and it would fit well on other guns as well. It’s one of the best skins for this weapon, and is fairly cheap in conditions other than factory new. A field-tested version still looks decent, so that’s our recommendation.

Ventilator

The G3SG1 Ventilator was added to CS:GO on the 18th of August, 2016. It was released as part of the Gamma 2 Collection, and currently starts at $0.06 on the Steam Market.

  • Description: Don't worry Naomi, I'll make Felix pay - Mikha Biton, Phoenix Sniper
  • Cheapest-Highest Steam Price: $0.06(WW) - $0.22(FN)
  • Drops From: Gamma 2 Case
  • First Appeared: 18 August 2016

This is once again a skin that was made with a futuristic style in mind, and it’s somewhat similar to the previous skin in this list. It’s simple and doesn’t really require a lot of describing. Factory new is our recommended option for this skin because it’s both clean and cheap.

Hunter

The G3SG1 Hunter was added to CS:GO on the 14th of September, 2017. It was released as part of the Spectrum 2 Collection, and currently starts at $0.05 on the Steam Market.

  • Description: It smells of rich mahogany
  • Cheapest-Highest Steam Price: $0.05(WW) - $0.23(FN)
  • Drops From: Spectrum 2 Case
  • First Appeared: 14 September 2017

The Hunter is another pretty simple skin. The design is centered around the dark wood gun parts that are clearly visible. Once again, factory new is our recommendation here, but other conditions are good enough as well.

Scavenger

The G3SG1 Scavenger was added to CS:GO on the 6th of December, 2018. It was released as part of the Danger Zone Collection, and currently starts at $0.30 on the Steam Market.

  • Description: Why run?
  • Cheapest-Highest Steam Price: $0.30(BS) - $1.00(FN)
  • Drops From: Danger Zone Case
  • First Appeared: 6 December 2018

The Scavenger skin takes inspiration from the popular post-apocalyptic theme. Funnily enough, it looks more post-apocalyptic in worse conditions, so going for a field-tested($0.38) version would be fitting.

Keeping Tabs

The G3SG1 Keeping Tabs was added to CS:GO on the 22nd of September, 2021. It was released as part of the Operation Riptide Collection, and currently starts at $0.06 on the Steam Market.

  • Description: You have all the information you need - Franz Kriegeld, Phoenix Tactician
  • Cheapest-Highest Steam Price: $0.06(BS) - $0.35(FN)
  • Drops From: Operation Riptide Case
  • First Appeared: 22 September 2021

This skin’s whole design refers to the Danger Zone mode and the tactical map within it. It’s nothing special in terms of the color scheme, but it’s good for a budget build. If you don’t want to spend a lot on this, get it in minimal wear condition for $0.15.
