Cheapest Knife Skins in CSGO
Luckily, there are knives that are affordable when compared to the other high-tier knives. The M9 Bayonet, Butterfly Knife, Flip Knife, Classic Knife, Talion Knife and others all have skins that would cost a lot for someone on a budget, which is why we compiled a list of some of the cheapest CSGO Knife skins.
This list won’t include the best designs, but you have to keep in mind that knives rarely come cheap, and that the skins we have on our list today aren’t exactly the most desirable knife skins.
The Navaja Knife was added to CSGO on the 2nd of August, 2018. It was released as part of the “A New Horizon'' update, and currently starts at $64 on the Steam Market.
- Description: N/A
- Cheapest Steam Price: $64
- Drops From: Danger Zone Case, Horizon Case
- First Appeared: 2 August 2018
The Navaja Knife is the cheapest knife on this list, but it’s still a very acceptable and stylish knife.
The reason why we believe this knife suits anyone on a budget build is because there’s no visible quality loss in the only condition that it comes in. It’s a very popular knife among players due to its inexpensive, yet beautiful nature.
It may not be a Flip Knife, but it’ll do. A StatTrak Navaja Knife is also quite cheap, costing only $76.
Falchion Knife Safari Mesh
The Falchion Knife Safari Mesh was added to CSGO on the 26th of May, 2015. It was released as part of Operation Bloodhound, and currently starts at $79 on the Steam Market.
- Description: A predator is a predator, no matter the environment
- Cheapest Steam Prices: $79 (BS) - $80 (FT)
- Drops From: Falchion Case
- First Appeared: 26 May 2015
The Safari Mesh design and pattern is known to us all. For certain people it’s an opportunity to get a cheap skin, for others it’s just preference.
What we know for sure is that the Falchion Knife benefits from this design, and it doesn’t look too bad. We must admit however that the community is split when it comes to liking the design of the Falchion Knife, but what matters is your personal preference at the end of the day.
What’s also interesting is that a Falchion and Flip Knife have similar flipping animations, so you could call this a discount Flip Knife. There are some great Field-Tested versions of this Safari Mesh Falchion Knife, but you’ll have to be on the lookout for a cleaner pattern.
Shadow Daggers Bright Water
The Shadow Daggers Bright Water were added to CSGO on the 22nd of September, 2021. It was released as part of Operation Riptide, and currently starts at $78 on the Steam Market.
- Description: N/A
- Cheapest Steam Price: $78 (BS)
- Drops From: Operation Riptide Case, Dreams & Nightmares Case
- First Appeared: 22 September 2021
Here we have another more controversial knife, or rather, pair of knives - the Shadow Daggers. These two daggers built up quite a reputation as CSGO’s butt plugs.
Yes, CSGO lingo dictates that they’re called butt plugs. Moving on, the Shadow Daggers aren’t really amongst knives that are very desirable, but they’re still knives regardless.
The prices and conditions for this skin are everywhere, but Factory New and Minimal Wear versions are definitely out of the question for budget builds. Your best bet would be to go for the Battle-Scarred condition to get the cheapest knife skin variant for the Shadow Daggers.
Huntsman Knife Boreal Forest
The Huntsman Knife Boreal Forest was added to CSGO on the 1st of July, 2014. It was released as part of the “The Hunt Begins” update, and currently starts at $86 on the Steam Market.
- Description: The woods can be a dangerous place... never travel alone
- Cheapest Steam Price: $86 (FT)
- Drops From: Huntsman Weapon Case
- First Appeared: 1 July 2014
The Huntsman Knife is a really popular knife in the CSGO knife trading community and amongst players. The Huntsman Knife’s design alone is enough to buy this skin, but the boreal forest’s green camouflage pattern just completes the hunting style.
Another thing to note is that it’s very hard to find a Huntsman Knife skin for a price as cheap as this.
It’s basically a bargain when compared to the other patterns and designs that the Huntsman Knife has. Factory New and Minimal wear are obviously too expensive, but there are some patterns for the Field-Tested conditions that look cleaner, so watch out for which pattern looks the cleanest when buying this knife.
Gut Knife Blue Steel
The Gut Knife Blue Steel was added to CSGO on the 14th of August, 2013. It was released as part of the “The Arms Deal” update, and currently starts at $81 on the Steam Market.
- Description: This is the malbec of weapon design - Booth, Arms Dealer
- Cheapest Steam Price: $81 (BS)
- Drops From: Cases from 2013-2015
- First Appeared: 14 August 2013
Gut Knives in general are the cheaper option when it comes to knives, but there are some designs and patterns like the Blue Steel that make it shine. As the name suggests, the blade of the knife is either painted or made out of blue steel, with the wooden handle remaining unaltered. It all depends on which color shade you prefer when it comes to conditions for the Gut Knife Blue Steel. Battle-Scarred versions take on a darker and more purple color, whereas newer conditions like Factory New and Minimal Wear are more blue. A CSGO Knife that doesn’t wear and tear is always a win.
