- For PS5, go to System and then Console Language
- Choose whichever language you prefer and then restart your console

How To Change Language in Genshin Impact on Mobile
Mobile users contribute the most to Genshin Impact’s massive player base. If you’re one of them, then you can change the language from the in-game settings. This applies to both Android and iOS users. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Launch Genshin Impact on your mobile device
- Open the Settings

How Many Text Languages Are Supported in Genshin Impact?
At the time of writing, Genshin Impact supports a total of 13 text languages. These include English, French, German, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Russian, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, German, and Vietnamese. As the game’s player base is continuously growing, we can expect the developers to add support for more languages in the future.
How Many Voice Over Languages Are Supported in Genshin Impact?
While there are 13 text languages, the game only supports four voice-over languages. These include English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
Which Language Should You Play Genshin Impact In?
Genshin Impact is the kind of game that features a lot of voice-acting. However, out of all the voice language packs, only the Japanese one feels natural. The rest of the voice packs aren’t that great as the voice isn’t synced properly with the characters. As for the text language, you can choose the one you understand better as this doesn’t matter that much. The only thing that matters is the voice of the characters, and having it set to Japanese will make you feel as if you’re watching an anime.
