BetHard has also done a fine job offering various bet types on LoL matches, including all the bets you would expect to see – kill and map handicaps, totals, and map betting. However, we have found that there were only moneyline markets available on some games in certain leagues. But considering BetHard's solid coverage of all other esports titles, this was likely an isolated incident.

We have touched on only four esports titles in this review, but note that those are not the only games BetHard covers. On the contrary, the site has betting markets on all major esports titles, including Dota 2, Valorant, Warcraft, and StarCraft. Unfortunately, it does not have Halo and Rocket League currently.

The overall user experience on BetHard is solid. The website design deserves high marks for its sleek look and the added features that make it much easier to find what you're looking for. The live betting markets are somewhat poor since they offer mostly moneyline bets. Still, the layout is excellent, with a stable live stream, a menu of current live matches, full stats of the game, the current score, and the players' names that participate in the fixture.

If we look at the overall quality of the website, there isn't much not to like. The site is responsive, fast, and has all the features you would expect – you can change your preferred timezone, the type of odds (American, Decimal, Fractional), and even the language.

The mobile betting app is responsive, stable, and works as intended, with all the features you would find on the site's desktop version.

All in all, BetHard's user experience oozes quality, and we couldn't find any issues with the site during our testing. We don't often give a 5/5 rating for user experience in our esports bookies reviews, but BetHard deserves it.

BetHard's customer support is another thing we can rate highly, although there are a few things we would like to see done differently. BetHard's customer support operates via a live chat, neatly located in the bottom right corner of the page, which you can open with a simple click of a button and contact one of the agents.

During our testing, we didn't have to wait longer than half a minute to connect with an agent, who provided fast and accurate answers, so we have to give BetHard a big thumbs up for its live support feature. The site also has its own version of a FAQ section, which you can access by scrolling down to the bottom of the page. Although it has all the basic answers, we feel like BetHard could have put a bit more effort into creating a separate FAQ page with a search function.

Still, we can't really deduct any points for that, considering you are able to get answers via a live chat (available 24/7) within minutes. That said, we would have liked to see additional ways to contact support agents, namely via email and phone number, just to provide more versatility, so we're deducing half a point for the lack of other options.

But while BetHard has done many things right with its casino offer, it does not have a provably fair system in place. The site claims it does, but there is no way for users to verify it like on CSGORoll or CSGOempire. For that, we’re deducting one point, but it’s even a reason why we can’t recommend the Casino section. This is solely due to the fact that they are better alternatives.
