We have texted them four times using their ticket system and got a response in between 10 and 30 minutes, which we are satisfied with. 

However, even though we had a friendly experience with ClickLoot's customer support, we can't give a rating higher than 3/5. The lack of live chat (even LootBear has it), FAQ section, and guide articles are some pretty significant downsides, for which we will deduct 2 rating points.
