Unfortunately, CSGOPositive doesn't have many user reviews online. Trustpilot? Empty, barely any reviews. Reddit? Almost nothing. But it's worth mentioning that most users of CSGOPositive are Russian, so we decided to check their profile on VK, the biggest Russian social media platform. 

And there, it looks excellent – their fan page is incredibly active and has thousands of followers! So, for us, it's a sign of the website having a decent reputation, but since there is not much evidence of it on the "English-speaking side of the internet", we will cut one point from our rating.

Looking at CSGOPositive's offer, we are also not surprised to see such a massive interest. You’ll find all the more and less important tournaments for Counter-Strike, Dota 2, Valorant, and League of Legends.

We came across some very interesting odds for a couple of matches during our testing. When we compared them to, e.g., GGBet, which is also super popular in Russia, some of the CSGOPositive's odds were much more attractive. 

This site can also be great for Valorant fans specifically; we even found a Team Secret vs. Oasis Gaming match from VCT 2022 Stage 1 LATAM that CSGOPositive’s competitors didn’t feature. Again, we know such matches appear on many popular bookmaker websites, but keep in mind that such sites are blocked in many countries.

User Experience (3/5)

Unfortunately, the site runs very slowly, and this is probably its biggest downside. Like, super slow, and it takes ages to load sometimes after placing a bet or depositing money. Another downside is that the site only works in three languages (English, Russian, and Chinese).

Other than that, the User Interface is on a pretty high level; it's hard to get lost there, and it definitely looks much better than, e.g., on 1bet (read our article answering the question: is 1bet even legit?) and is up to par with Cyber.Bet.

Everything is set up clearly and even if this is your first experience with a betting website, we assure you that you will not have any major problems.

Of all the betting sites we tested, CSGOPositive has the worst customer support. Not only does it not have live chat support, but the site also runs on a ticket system which simply does not work – it takes ages to get a reply. And what about the FAQ section, which is another standard? There are some, but it looks super poor. Look at the screenshot below, this is pretty much their entire support section.

That said, we are heavily disappointed and have to give a 2/5 rating here; their support section really needs an update.
