Unfortunately, CSGORoll does not have a live chat support feature and instead runs on a ticket system, which is worth appreciating for how easy it is to access (it's in the bottom-right corner of the site). 

However, from our experience, you have to wait 2 to 3 days for your response, which is substandard. That said, we can't really give a high rating in this matter – an outdated system combined with slow replies is just not what we'd expect from such an established gambling site.
