Dafabet is a bookmaker that has been around since 2004, so you would expect it to have an excellent online reputation. But that doesn't seem to be the case. According to online review sites, Dafabet has a concerningly low rating of 1.8/5, suggesting that this is a terrible online gambling site any sports or esports bettor should avoid.

Obviously, you should take the online reviews with a grain of salt, so we started digging into the bad reviews, forum posts, and any other information we could find on Dafabet. Interestingly, nothing would suggest Dafabet is a scam site – like many negative reviews would lead you to believe.

Moreover, most of the negative reviews complained about how the verification process took too long, and for whatever reason, they perceived that as being scammed. Obviously, that's not the case. Other negative reviews simply claimed that Dafabet is a scam just because they lost money betting on the site. We could go on and on, but most, if not all, negative reviews held no weight, and not a single one made us question Dafabet's safety.

Now that we have cleared Dafabet's reputation, we can focus on the more legal side of its security. Dafabet owns a Curacao Antillephone N.V. (8048/JAZ) gambling license, which is not the most trustworthy betting license out there. It does mean that Dafabet operates legally, but know that the 8048/JAZ license provides very little security to bettors.

That doesn't necessarily mean Dafabet is a scam, but it does bring down our rating. Dafabet is not an esports bookie, but it offers a very solid sovereign of esports, so if you're an esports bettor, Dafabet might be a good choice for you. However, we must mention that esports betting on Dafabet is not available in all countries.

Although the customer support agent couldn't provide us with a full list of countries where esports betting is available, we were informed that there are restrictions. So we would advise you to first check with customer support whether you're able to bet on esports before you make your first deposit.

But if you're able to bet on esports at Dafabet, you won't be disappointed with the choice, granted it is not perfect. Dafabet does a fine job covering as many leagues and matches as possible but does so only for a handful of esports titles – Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, and KOG.

Admittedly, that's more than what you could ask from a traditional bookmaker, but we would like to see Rocket League, Rainbow Six, and Call of Duty added. Dafabet's coverage of Dota 2 is as good as it can get, meaning you will be able to bet on all tournaments, including C-Tier leagues. Moreover, Dafabet offers enough betting markets for you to bet on whatever you wish, including moneyline, totals, and handicaps, as well as proposition bets.

We compared Dafabet's betting odds to 1bet and found out that Dafabet's odds were slightly better on some games and worse on others. So while we can't say that you will be able to bet with the best esports odds, we can confirm that Dafabet offers competitive prices.

League of Legends Betting

Dafabet's coverage of League of Legends is not perfect, but it's still very decent. Compared to Rivalry, Dafabet was missing a handful of minor regional LoL leagues, which was disappointing, but it did cover all major leagues in LCS, LEC, LCK, and LPL and a couple of lesser competitions.

So even though Dafabet's coverage of LoL leagues is a bit inconsistent, it's by no means terrible, and it’s definitely good enough for those who bet primarily on major-region leagues. Unfortunately, if you want to have access to as many leagues as possible, Rivalry or Galaxy.bet might be a better choice.

Besides CS:GO, Dota 2, and League of Legends, Dafabet also covers KOG and Valorant, meaning it is missing Rainbow Six, Rocket League, StarCraft, Warcraft, and a handful of other esports titles. That's far from optimal, but credit is where credit is due – the esports that are available on Dafabet are covered well with competitive odds and plenty of betting markets available.

User Experience (4/5)

It's hard to find a flaw with the features found on Dafabet, and you can't complain about the betting experience it provides. The website's look might not be everyone's cup of tea, and you could argue that Dafabet should have done a better job making it clearer. However, the website works well, without any problems, and is very responsive, which is always a plus.

There are also more than enough ways to customise the site by changing the language or the odds format. Since this is an Asian esports betting site, the layout is Asian, which might be a dealbreaker for some, but it's hard to criticize Dafabet for that.

Besides the well-made desktop site, Dafabetr has a mobile website and even a mobile betting app! Moreover, Dafabet has three separate mobile betting apps, so it's more than fair to say that Dafabet makes sure to keep everyone satisfied.

All in all, Dafabet deserves a high rating for the user experience it provides. However, as noted above, esports betting is not available in all countries, and there are no live streams of esports matches, which are two issues that bring our rating down to 4/5.

Dafabet's customer support meets all standards, which isn't surprising for a bookie who clearly does everything it can to satisfy its customers. There you will find four ways to contact customer support – 24/7Live chat, Email, Facebook, or Facebook Messenger. We tested both live options and were surprised by how fast we were able to get in contact with support agents. Of course, the wait time might vary depending on when you try to get in touch with customer support agents, but we did not need to wait longer than a minute, so thumbs up from us!

Moreover, the customer support agents answered all of our questions and took an extra step to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. Before you make your first deposit on Dafabet, make sure that you use the bonus code, and double-check that you're depositing money into the correct account. Dafabet is more than just a sportsbook, and as such, it has five different balances – depending on what you want to use your money for.

That might sound confusing, but it really isn't. And even if you make a mistake when depositing money, you can always transfer the balances between the accounts without any added fees.

Unfortunately, the deposit option on Dafabet are relatively poor as there is only a handful to choose from. These include Visa, e-wallets (Skrill, NETELLER, Rapid Transfer), and cryptocurrency. It's important to note that the banking options will vary depending on your location, but that's no excuse for Dafabet not to include more methods such as Mastercard, PaySafeCard, and PayPal.

The lack of options does not improve with withdrawals either, and we have found only four withdrawal options in a bank transfer, Skrill, NETELLER, and crypto. So even though Dafabet does offer the most common banking options, it could do a much better job expanding its offer of deposit/withdrawal options.

On a more positive note, all deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals can take between 1-4 days which is reasonably fast, and there are no added fees, which is always a plus. So if we draw a line, Dafabet's banking department is good but not great, and as such, it deserves a rating that accurately reflects that.

Dafabet does many things right, and its casino offer is an area where Dafabet trumps most other esports betting sites. The selection of online casino games is seemingly endless, and even though we weren't able to confirm how many gaming providers are offering their games on Dafabet, we can confidently say that there's enough variety to keep anyone entertained.

From quickspin games to jackpots, the usual slots, table games, and even megaways, Dafabet's offer of casino games includes everything a gambler could wish for. We tested the games, and we found no issues; however, we would love to see the addition of a demo version, the lack of which was a slight letdown.

Regardless, there isn't much not to like about Dafabet's casino offer. Besides the traditional casino, Dafabet also offers arcade games, virtual sports, lottery, and everyone's favourite live casino, where you can play blackjack, roulette, baccarat, spinning wheels, or try out one of many Asian card games.
