Yes, the Metafy platform is a legit marketplace to buy or sell coaching sessions to enhance your gaming skills. Although not available worldwide, Metafy is a great space for those who want to learn how to game with a bigger budget. A few reasons we believe Metafy is legit:

Many gamers have enjoyed using Metafy and have expressed this interest. They actually improve using this website and see major improvement. Metafy also has a system where players can share a video review on the coach and how it helped or did not help. Overall, for the service you are providing, the prices are not too expensive. Although compared to other websites Metafy does seem to have one of the higher-priced services. Depending on your budget, aiming for about $200 to be spent on good quality coach sessions for about 4 sessions is average for Metafy. 

If you are just looking to learn the basics of a new game or other game functions in some of your favorite multiplayer, Metafy has some cheap options that could be from $5-10. Many of them have received so good reviews from other players. 

Do keep in mind, although many have had great experiences, some have faced a bad experience when it comes to already pay and having a session canceled. Luckily, support is quick enough to help with these issues.  Other games that are less popular also tend to be on the cheaper side.

There is a huge list of coaches and game options to choose from on Metafy. Unlike websites like Fiverr that make gaming coaches all on one page, Metafy organizes them by each game. Each game has at least 20 experts available to train. Giving players a nice variety to choose from. 

Depending on the game, players have options to choose how they want to be trained. Coaches give options such as agent-focused training to optimize the player's use of their abilities, along with different lengths of coaching lessons.

Overall, the user experience is satisfying. The website is easy to navigate, and easy to sign-up for. You have a portal that contains all of your sessions to take, along with sessions that you could also post as a coach. The creators of Metafy knew exactly how to please the gamer and organize everything based on their needs.

The reason why we do not give the user experience more points is simply because of the lack of ability for anyone from outside of the US to be coached. Metafy is US based only. This really limits traffic and makes the platform completely useless on a worldwide stance.

Support is easy to connect with. Metafy has an online chat option where after getting passed the primary bot questions, will immediately send you to a live agent. Response time was within 5 minutes after we tested it. This is true of their advertisement of under 20 minutes response time. 

Besides this, we also tested the email of the support. Which was responded to within 24 hours. Overall, Metafy is very responsive to any issues such as a bad coaching experience or a needed refund. Rest assured, this is definitely one of the safer and easiest coaching platforms for gaming.
