As noted, NoxWin is not a sportsbook we would recommend, and there are many reasons for that. But mainly, it has to do with the site's shady past, the fact that it does not even show up on similarweb (has under 50k total visits), and is operated by Galaxy Group Ltd. - a highly controversial company.

NoxWin started running in 2015 but closed down its operations in 2018 after it was unable to pay its customers. And after a long hiatus, NoxWin re-appeared, with a new design and presumably a different strategy, but the same company behind it, so has it really changed?

The conditions are terrible, to say the least, and the fact that you can win a maximum of €200 is as bad as it sounds.

Luckily, NoxWin has many other bonuses and promotions available for all existing users. These include a 10% bet winning boost each Monday, a €5 free bet each Friday, a 20% Reload Bonus, and even a 50% Slots Bonus every Wednesday.

These promotions sound excellent, and it wouldn't be too far from the truth to say that NoxWin promotions are some of the best we have found across all esports bookies. But again, it's all a big lie. Perhaps that's too harsh since you will technically get what you're promised – as long as you can fulfill the very restrictive requirements.

For example, if you want to receive the €5 free bet every Friday, you must deposit a minimum of €20 in the last three days before claiming the bonus. Moreover, you need to place a €5 single or combo bet on the relevant game with the minimum odds of 1.5, and you can't use the free bet on anything besides football or basketball.

If we hadn't checked NoxWin bonus requirements, we would give it a very high rating for its promotions and bonuses offer. But considering its requirements are one of the worst we've seen, a 3/5 rating is more than generous.

Reputation & Safety (1/5)

NoxWin boasts a very impressive 3.4/5 rating on online review sites, which would suggest that this is an excellent esports bookie. But we would beg to differ. There are many red flags about NoxWin, its history, and the company behind it that we can't ignore.

NoxWin started operating in 2015 but went offline three years later (2018) because it was losing money – which is very difficult to do as an online esports betting site and casino. Supposedly, many customers were left empty-handed after NoxWin vanished, which is the first red flag about this site. But it isn't that shocking.

NoxWin is owned and operated by Galaxy Group Ltd, a very shady company that previously owned BetJOE, BetEAST, Fusion.bet, Ultraplay, eBettle, x-bet.co, and Vitalbet. If you go and check, all these bookies and gambling sites are no longer online, and all supposedly scammed their users. Those might sound like rumors or false claims, but there's enough evidence to confirm that Galaxy Group Ltd and any bookie associated with it should be avoided.

As of August 2021, Galaxy Group Ltd has also been added to the Financial Commission's Warnig List. And that is reason enough for us to advise anyone to avoid using NoxWin or any bookmaker associated with Galaxy Group Ltd (Plethora Group Ltd). Admittedly things can improve, but as it stands now, NoxWin is an esports bookie you should NOT be visiting.

Esports Markets and Odds & Betting Features (4.5/5)

NoxWin has some glaring issues with its safety, security, and reputation, but its esports betting offer is actually fairly decent. On NoxWin, you will be able to bet on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, Call of Duty, StarCraft, Rainbow 6, Warcraft, King of Glory, and FIFA.

Moreover, NoxWin receives its betting markets and odds from Odds.GG – like Galaxybet – is a positive, albeit we wouldn't say that its overall offer is excellent. Most notably, NoxWin does currently not cover Overwatch, nor does it provide betting markets on Rocket League and Age of Empires.

On a more positive note, the leagues and esports titles available on NoxWin are covered well, with plenty of betting markets available and fairly competitive odds. We compared NoxWin's odds quality with Rivalry, and we didn't struggle to find games that were priced at better odds.

Note that NoxWin will not have better offers across all markets and esports titles, but its offer is good enough to be used for price shopping. In short, NoxWin esports markets and odds offer is solid, but it's not excellent.

CS:GO Betting

NoxWin does a fine job with its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive betting offer. During our testing, we have found betting markets on over a dozen CS:GO tournaments, including major events and even ESEA Cup matches, so you can rest assured that you will be able to bet on whichever match you want.

However, when it comes to the offer of bet types, you should tame your expectations. While important matches have an excellent offer of betting markets, you might get limited to only moneyline and simple over/under and handicap bets. But since very few esports bookies will have more than that available on Tier-2 or Tier 3 events, that’s not a problem.

If you're a Valorant bettor, NoxWin won't disappoint you with its offer but know that it won't amaze you either. During our testing of the site, we found that NoxWin does indeed cover all ongoing Valorant events, which is a positive, albeit its market offer could be better.

Even when betting on important games, you might be limited to moneyline, totals, and map handicaps. Even though this is enough to bet on Valorant comfortably, we would like to see a bit more variety.

Overall, the Valorant betting offer on NoxWin is "good, but not great".

League of Legends Betting

NoxWin's League of Legends offer is good enough to keep any LoL bettor satisfied. It covers all major and minor leagues (thanks to Odds.GG), and it offers enough betting markets to allow you to bet on whatever you desire.

You should know that the coverage is much better for important games and for fixtures played in major regions, but that's hardly something you can complain about. Moreover, the odds quality is decent, and the prices are fairly competitive.

User Experience (4/5)

By many standards, the user experience NoxWin provides is very good. The site is responsive, fast, and well made, with a nice color scheme that is easy on the eyes. Moreover, NoxWin has all the features you would want to see in an esports betting site and offers more markets than 1bet.

We like the overall design of NoxWin, and the layout of the menu, filters, and other features. The best thing about it is that it's simple, and it shouldn't take you longer than a couple of seconds to find what you're looking for.

Although not a groundbreaking feature, NoxWIn does have the live streaming option available, which you can access by clicking on the "Show Live" button or by opening the betting market of the live match you want to bet on or watch.

Then there are also the standard options allowing you to change the time zone, currency, language, and odds format. Unfortunately, NoxWin is missing one key element – the mobile betting app. On a more positive note, you can still access NoxWin via a mobile browser and experience betting on the go on a mobile website.

All in all, NoxWin does a fine job providing its customers with a good betting experience, but since it's missing a mobile betting app, we're deducting a point.

Customer Support (2.5/5)

We have mixed feelings about NoxWin's customer support, and if we had to either give it a "great" or "disappointing" rating, we would lean more towards the latter.

If you encounter a problem while using NoxWin, or any other esports bookie, you should first check the FAQ section, which NoxWin does have, and it's well made, so thumbs up for that. When it comes to different ways of contacting customer support, you have two options: the email ([email protected]) and the live chat function.

This is usually enough as most other bookies have only these two options available, so we can't complain. However, we can complain about the quality of the live support, which we tested, and we can't say we were impressed.

Finding live support is simple, but getting answers is a tedious task. The customer agents we got connected with took their time to respond, and they needed up to several minutes to provide simple answers. Moreover, one of the agents decided to start responding in Filipino, so you might want to have Google translate ready if you want to speed up the process of getting your answers.

All in all, NoxWin's customer support is not good, nor is it solid enough for us to give it a good rating. Speed is not NoxWin's strongest suit in this department, and we have encountered situations where the agents delivered pre-written answers or provided very basic responses that didn't necessarily address our questions. As such, we're giving NoxWin a 2.5/5 rating.

Like many other areas of NoxWin, its banking options fall into the category of "good but not great". It has enough deposit and withdrawal options for anyone to move money into and from their betting accounts; however, its offer is not as good as it is on some other esports bookies, such as LOOT.BET.

So essentially, if you deposit money onto NoxWin, you have to bet with the money before you can withdraw it. Rules like that definitely don't help NoxWin wash away the stigma of being a scam site.

And that leads us to our main point – the security of your funds. You might be wondering whether your money is safe with NoxWin, and while we can't say that it isn't, we wouldn't dare to say that it is. As noted, NoxWin is owned by Galaxy Group Ltd, a company that has been found scamming its users, so we would be careful trusting our money with NoxWin.
