Is Parimatch Legit? [Parimatch Esports Review]
We found the best bonus codes, reviewed, tested, and took a closer look at Parimatch.
Is Parimatch Legit?
Parimatch is a legit and very well-known online esports betting site. It’s often featured in major esports events and has a reputation as a trustworthy esports bookie, but first, here are four reasons why we believe Parimatch is legit:
- Parimatch is operated by Sport Global Pari N.V. (a legit business in Curacao).
- It operates with a Curacao Gaming licence (1668/JAZ).
- According to similarweb, Parimatch averages over 13 million visits per month.
- Parimatch is the official sponsor of Team Spirit, Fnatic, and Virtus.pro.
According to smilarweb, Parimatch averages over 13 million visits per month and that figure alone is enough of an indication that this is a legit esports bookmaker. Obviously, we can’t go by the average visits alone, but if an esports bookie is as popular as Parimatch, it has to be doing something right.
Paritmatch is also the official sponsor of one of the most prominent esports organisations, including Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, and Fnatic. Moreover, Parimatch has added Counter-Strike: Global Offensive veteran Marcelo “Coldzera” David as its Global Esports Ambassador, alongside the retired CS:GO superstar Daniil “Zeus” Teslenko.
If an esports bookie is one of the most visited online betting sites in the industry, has sponsorship deals with esports tournaments and is partnered with some of the most successful esports organisations in the world, you really have no reason to doubt its legitimacy. So YES, Parimatch is a legit esports betting site!
Welcome Bonus and the best Promo Codes
Parimatch has not done anything fancy with its welcome bonus, and that’s completely fine. With Parimatch, you can expect to receive the standard 100% Matched Deposit Welcome Bonus, which is available to all new customers.
Note that there is a limit to the welcome bonus, which Parimatch set at 2500 UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia) / 6400 RUB (Russian ruble) / 1800 MDL (Moldovan leu) / 400 PLN (Polish zloty) / 351 TMT (Turkmen manat) / 170 AZN (Azerbaijani manat) / 950 000 UZS (Uzbek sum) / 40 000 KZT (Kazakh tenge) / 210 BYN (Belarusian ruble).
How To Claim Parimatch Welcome Bonus & Bonus Code
You don’t need a bonus code to collect the welcome bonus, which will get added to your account as soon as you make your first deposit. So to receive the welcome bonus, you only have to follow these three steps:
- Begin the registration on Parimatch by clicking on “Sign Up”.
- Provide your phone number and the desired password, and don’t forget to check the “Activate deposit bonus” box. It will be automatically selected, but it never hurts to double-check!
- Once registered, click on “Deposit”, choose your preferred method, and add funds to your account.
After you complete these steps, the welcome bonus will be automatically added to your account. Know that there is a maximum bonus you can receive, about which Parimatch is fairly unclear.
The limit is set with nine different currencies, which don’t show the same value. So we contacted customer support to clarify, and we got informed that the limit depends on the country you’re from.
Parimatch Bonus & Promotions (3/5)
Besides the 100% matched deposit welcome bonus, you can expect many other offers and promotions on Parimatch. We have found six different promotions during our testing, which isn’t the best, but know that the promotions – like the welcome bonus – will vary depending on where you’re from.
This puts us in a rough spot, as it’s impossible to rate Parimatch’s bonus & promotion offer knowing that not all users will have the same experience. Still, you can expect the usual offers such as reload bonuses, cashback, casino bonuses, free spins, and others.
Unfortunately, we can’t go into too much detail about Parimatch’s promotions offer due to the aforementioned reasons, but considering it does not treat all customers equally, we are giving it a 3/5 rating.
Reputation & Safety (4/5)
Parimatch is a highly respected name in the esports betting world, so you should feel safe about using it. But if you check Parimatch’s online reviews, the site has a terrible rating of only 1.6/5, which we must note is not the actual rating it deserves but rather a byproduct of review bombing.
We reviewed Parimatch shortly after it suspended its partnership with Chelsea, which led to a negative response from the Chelsea fanbase. So if you’re looking to verify whether Parimatch is a trusted website, online review sites won’t help you. Its reputation among Chelsea fans is not good, but Parimatch is still held in high regard among bettors, and that’s all we care about here.
When we talk safety, we must note that Parimatch has a Curacao Gambling Licence (1668/JAZ), which isn’t the most inspiring. In fact, there are very few betting licences that are as bad as that of Curacao, but not all esports bookies with it are scam, and Parimatch is a perfect example of that. There are no recorded instances where Parimatch scammed its users, and you can be sure that a bookie that was a scam wouldn’t have secured partnerships with the likes of Chelsea, Fnatic, Team Spirit, and Virtus.pro.
You will find online reviews claiming that Parimatch stole money, but know that those are false accusations. However, we must note that Parimatch is known for limiting its users, so don’t be surprised if you get limited to €10 or even lower if you do well with your bets.
All in all, Parimatch is a safe esports betting site with a solid reputation in the online betting world. But it does limit its users, and it owns a Curacao betting licence, which brings down our rating a notch.
Esports Markets and Odds & Betting Features (5/5)
Parimatch’s offer of esports betting markets is very good, and we don’t have anything bad to say about it. On Parimatch, you will find esports betting markets on all major esports titles and then some, including League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Valorant, Rainbow Six, Arena of Valor, Call of Duty, King of Glory, StarCraft, and even Mobile Legends!
In many ways, Parimatch’s offer is just as good as that of some of the best esports betting sites, such as Rivalry, and it completely trumps the online esports betting offer of BabiBet. So we can confidently say that if you’re betting on esports, Parimatch has got you covered.
Parimatch even has live betting available, which is nothing new, but it’s nice to see that you can bet in-play. Moreover, the live betting offer on Parimatch is very good, with a solid selection of in-play markets, and you can even find live streams of esports games from official streaming websites.
The odds quality on Parimatch is reasonably good as well. The offer is better than on 1Bet and comparable to that of Rivalry and other good esports bookmakers, so we can’t have anything bad to say about the odds either.
If you’re a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive esports bettor, you should give Partimatch a visit. During our testing, we have found betting markets on all bigger and even smaller CS:GO tournaments for a total of 25 – from ESL Pro League to ESEA and more.
And not only does Parimatch do an excellent job in covering a considerable amount of CS:GO tournaments, but it also provides bettors with more than enough betting markets to choose from. With Parimatch, you can bet on the usual moneyline, handicaps, totals, map markets, props, and everything you could wish for! If you like to bet on CS:GO, Parimatch is the bookie for you!
Dota 2 Betting
Like CS:GO, Dota 2 is covered well on Parimatch. You will be able to find competitive odds, coverage of all leagues and events, and more than enough betting markets.
When it comes to Dota 2 betting, Parimatch is easily one of the best online esports betting sites out there. Are there online bookies that do it better? Maybe, but Parimatch is everything a Dota 2 bettor would want.
League of Legends Betting
We don’t want to sound like a broken record, but Partimatch also does an excellent job with its League of Legends offer. It covers all major as well as minor region leagues and even some academy leagues. Moreover, the games have a very generous selection of betting markets for you to choose from, and the odds quality is also very solid.
Again we have found nothing about Parimatch’s LoL offer we did not like. You can bet with good odds on various betting markets and with solid odds. What more can you wish for?
Besides CS:GO, Dota 2 and LoL, Parimatch also covers Valorant, Rainbow Six, Arena of Valor, Call of Duty, King of Glory, StarCraft, and Mobile Legends!
User Experience (5/5)
User experience on Parimatch is solid, mainly thanks to the well-designed website that is clean, responsive and has all the features you would like and more. The menus are clear; it’s effortless to find what you’re looking for, and overall, there are no significant flaws with the site.
One thing we did not like is the betslip, which is located in a handy position, albeit it seems a bit too large and as if it was in the way. That’s a subjective thing that won’t impact your experience using the site, but we had to find something we did not like, and that’s the best we could come up with.
Those who like to bet from their mobile devices will be happy to hear that Parimatch even has a mobile betting app for iOS and Android devices! Moreover, the betting app is very highly rated on the app store, averaging a 4.5/5 rating out of over 45k votes, which is seriously impressive, and it only goes to show that Parimatch does care about the quality of its products.
It’s very hard to find things not to like about Parimatch. It has a clean and responsive website, all the features you would like – including live betting and live streams – and even a well-made mobile betting app. All things considered, we can give Parimatch a 5/5 rating and feel good about it.
Customer Support (4.5/5)
We like how Parimatch approached its customer support department, mainly because it offers its customers plenty of ways to contact the agents, including email, live chat, Telegram, WhatsApp and Line.
Admittedly, having many options is great, but we’re more concerned about the quality, so we tested out the live chat and got mixed experiences. For example, one day, we got connected to the customer agent within seconds, and we did not struggle to get the answers we were looking for, but when we tested it again, we got no response for five minutes, which is not great.
On a more positive note, that was an isolated incident, so we can’t complain too much about Parimatch’s customer service. Even though Parimatch is missing a phone number, we don’t believe the phone number is really needed for solid customer service. You have other mediums to contact customer agents that are just as fast, if not faster, than a phone call.
While we talk about customer support, we must also touch on the FAQ section, which you can find in the footer of the page. The FAQ is well made, clean, and it makes it very easy to find the answers you’re after.
All in all, we found no issues with Parimatch customer support, but the live chat can be hit-or-miss, so we have to deduct half a point.
Deposits & Withdrawal Options (4/5)
Depositing and withdrawing money on Parimatch is a fairly straightforward process. There are no transaction fees, all deposits are processed instantly, and there are many methods for any esports bettor to choose from.
We have found 11 different deposit options, including Sticpay, VISA, MasterCard, MuchBetter, NETELLER, Perfect Money, EcoPayz, Jeton, PaySafeCard, Rapid Transfer, and Skrill. If you wish to withdraw money, you will see the same 11 options, but know that you can withdraw only to the payment system that you have used for the deposit.
It may sound like a weird rule, but it really shouldn’t bother anyone, as you’re not losing anything with it. Moreover, this rule prevents any forms of money laundering, so we prefer to see a bookie have it in place rather than not.
One withdrawal rule we can’t quite understand is the requirement for the players to wager at least 70% of the deposited amount before they can withdraw their money. This essentially means that if you deposit €1000, you need to first wager €700 before you can take the money from Parimatch. This rule serves no one, and it’s more of a nuisance than anything else.
On a more positive note, you can be sure that your money with Parimatch is safe. There were no confirmed instances where Parimatch did not pay its users, so we can confidently say that safety is guaranteed. Still, due to the weird rules, we have to give Parimatch a lower rating.
Parimatch Casino (3/5)
If you have no esports games to bet on but are still suffering from the “gambling itch”, you can always visit Parimatch’s excellent selection of online casino games or head over to the live casino section. We must note that Parimatch’s casino offer is not the best, so if you want more casino games and better variety, you might want to visit BetCoin.
Nevertheless, Parimatch has a good enough casino offer for a casual gambler. We must also praise Parimatch for its live casino offer, where you will be able to find anything you could wish, including Monopoly, Roulette, Sic Bo, Wheels of Fortune games, various versions of Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat, and much more.
There are even special promotions for live casino, so you definitely have a reason to visit it and test it out. Just try to keep it within reason and be aware of the dangers of gambling addiction.
But while Parimatch does a fine job with its casino offer, we were disappointed to find out that Parimatch does not have a provably fair system. That doesn’t mean that Parimatch casino games are a scam, but you won’t be able to know for sure without being able to check whether they’re safe for yourself.
Since it does not have a provably fair system, we have to deduct two points, which is a shame since Parimatch has an excellent offer of casino games, but security and safety come first.
Parimatch is a world-renowned online bookie and esports betting site that does many things right and will provide you with an excellent esports betting experience. We would advise anyone to check it out, but if you do, please gamble responsibly.
