Before we rented our test server from PebbleHost, we tried to get support via Live Chat on the site and I can easily say that we received extremely fast and good support. Having Live Chat on the site is extremely important for solving problems quickly. Even a well-known and recognized site like G-Portal does not have Live Chat, while PebbleHost does. However, in our research, we witnessed that many people complained about the support staff and commented, "Cheap price comes with cheap support." It's important to note, though, that you can get support on PebbleHost's Discord server in half an hour at most, and other members can also help you.

1. Setting up your own Minecraft server on PebbleHost is super simple and fast. Once you've selected your plan, make your adjustments and click Next.
