To make spectral arrows, you should place 4x glowstone dust and 1x arrow into a 3x3 crafting table in a specific pattern. Within seconds you will see 2x spectral arrows on the right side of your crafting table. From where you can move them to inventory.

How To Make Spectral Arrow

#1 Open Your Crafting Table

First and foremost, you need to open your crafting table in order to have a 3x3 crafting grid, as shown in the picture below.

Just go near your crafting table and right click on it.

Note: Before moving to the next step, make sure you have enough glowstone dust. You will find glowstone blocks in the nether. Use your pickaxe and mine them to get glowstone dust.

#2 Add 4x Glowstone Dust and 1x Arrow

Next, you should place 4x glowstone dust and 1x arrow into a 3x3 crafting table. In the second box of the very first row, you should place 1x glowstone dust. Followed by 1x glowstone dust in the first box, 1x arrow in the second box and 1x glowstone dust in the third box of the middle row. Finally, 1x glowstone dust in the second box of the third row.

Displacement of glowstone dust or arrow to any other row or box won’t get you desired results. So place them carefully.

#3 Move Spectral Arrow To Inventory

The process will result in 2x spectral arrows that will appear on the right side of your crafting grid. Now is the time to move them to inventory,

Just drag and drop them to inventory and you are done.

Repeat the process again and again to get your desired number of spectral arrows.
