1. Launch the Genshin Impact game on your mobile device.
2. Open Paimon's Menu and click on the Settings button.
3. On the left side of the screen search for Audio, and click it. In this step, you should be able to see the different volumes that you can adjust.
   

1. If you want to mute all the sounds that Genshin Impact generates, adjust the Volume gauge under Audio Settings to zero.
   

If you are interested in just removing the background volume but still want to hear the characters' dialogue, reduce the Music Volume gauge under Audio Balance to zero, but keep the dialogue volume and SFX volume as it is.

1. Press the Home button on your mobile device, and open your music player application. After you have opened your music player app, play a song.
2. Access your Control Panel on your Apple device and find the box that has the Play Button as shown below. (To open Control Panel easily, you can try dragging downwards from either top corner, or dragging upwards from either bottom corner). You should be able to observe the song that you just played.
   

1. Once the song shows up, move back to the Genshin Impact application with your song still running in the background. The song should still play as you re-enter Genshin Impact!
   
   If the song stops as you re-enter Genshin Impact, open your Control Panel and play the song again from there. If it does not work, repeat steps 5-6.
