To make a quartz stair, you have to put 6x quartz on a crafting table in a way that 1st row should have 1x, 2nd row should have 2x and 3rd row should have 3x quartz. This will get you 4x quartz stairs on the right-hand side of the crafting table.

How to craft quartz stair

Get 6x quartz

First things first, go to the nether and mine around the area until you get yourself 24 nether quartz.

Then craft them to get a 6x block of quartz. Once done, you can jump to the next step.

Place 6x quartz blocks on a 3x3 crafting table

Next, you have to place quartz on the crafting table in a specific manner. Place 1x quartz on the first row, 2x quartz on the 2nd row, and the 3rd row should have 3 quartz as shown in the picture below.
