#1 Collect 9x Gold Ingot

If you’re mining a lot and have a bunch of Raw Gold, you can smelt them in the Furnace to get some Gold Ingots. Either 1x Raw Gold, Gold Ore, Nether Gold Ore, or Deepslate Gold Ore will yield 1x Gold Ingot.

If you have 9x Gold Nugget by any chance, right-click the Crafting Table put them all in to craft 1x Gold Ingot.

Gold Ingot can also be found in chests in most Minecraft structures. They have a variety of chances to contain 1-9x Gold Ingots.

Additionally, if you’re in the Nether dimension, killing a Zombified Piglin has a 2.5% chance to drop 1x Gold Ingot. Up to 5.5% chance if you have Looting III enchantment.

#2 Finish off crafting a Block of Gold

When you have 9x Gold Ingot, just right–click a nearby Crafting Table and fill all the slots to craft 1x Block of Gold.

Block of Gold can also be found in chests in Bastion Remnants and Ruined Portals. They have a fairly low chance to contain 1-5x Block of Gold.

Additionally, Block of Gold can be generated naturally in the Ocean Monuments. The central room contains an 8x Block of Gold.
