Gold Nova Master CS:GO Rank | All you need to know

Gold Nova Master (also known as GNM) is the fourth and last rank of the “Gold division” (Gold Nova I — Gold Nova Master), and is situated between Gold Nova III and Master Guardian I. It's also worth noting that it's the lowest rank to be closer to The Global Elite than Silver I.

Is Gold Nova 4 good?

Being at this rank, you can easily say that your skills in CS:GO are slightly above average. Having a GN4 CSGO rank puts you approximately in the top 41.47% of all players. Again, this is an excellent rank for a casual player, but if you want to play at a high competitive level — you still have a lot of “homework” to do.

Ways to improve from Gold Nova Master

As a Gold Nova Master, you are already slightly above average, but only “slightly.” If you want to get to the next level, focus on teamwork first.

Teamwork above everything else

No matter how good your individual skills are, it is teamwork that wins games at "Gold division" ranks. Counter-Strike is a team game, you can practice your aim for hours, but you won't do much without the correct info and cooperation.

Play with a pre-made squad, or don't play at all.

Just like mentioned above — teamwork is what wins games. Take care of it as much as possible.

Set up your crosshair, resolution, and mouse settings.

Take a look at the various settings and configurations of professional players and set everything up to your comfort.

How many hours do you need to play CSGO to become 4?

Gold Nova Master players typically have between 300 and 600 hours played. You can, of course, find players with this rank with only 20 hours played, but 90% of the time, this person has had some experience with another FPS game (or maybe even one of the previous versions of Counter-Strike).
