Everything you need to make Cyan Dye
Cyan Dye is a secondary dye color in Minecraft. Like other dyes, you can use Cyan Dye to dye most of the blocks in Minecraft. However, craft Cyan Dye may be hard at first.

How to craft Cyan Dye in Minecraft
#1 Collect 1x Blue Dye
Blue Dye can only be crafted by using Lapis Lazuli or Cornflower.
You can find Lapis Lazuli by mining Lapis Lazuli ore with a pickaxe. Each ore will give you 4-9x Lapis. Up to 36x if you have Fortune III.

Cornflower is a medium-rare flower in Minecraft. They can be found in Plains, Sunflower Plains, Flower Forest, and Meadow biome.
#2 Collect 1x Green Dye
You can obtain 1x Green Dye by smelting 1x Cactus in a Furnace. Cactus usually can be found in the Desert biome and can be farmed for more.
You can also trade with the Wandering traders for 3x Green Dye with 1x Emerald.
Alternatively, you can get Green Dye in the desert village house chest.
#3 Collect 1x Emerald
You can 1x Emerald by either breaking or smelting 1x Emerald Ore.
Emerald can also be obtained by trading with the Villager.
#4 Finish off crafting a Cyan Dye
When you have 1x Blue Dye and 1x Green Dye, put them in the crafting grid to craft 2x Cyan Dye. No Crafting Table is needed.
If you have 1x Emerald, you can trade it with the Wandering trader for 3x Cyan Dye.
