Everything you need to make Smoker
Smoker is one type of normal Furnace in Minecraft and it was added into the game in the 1.14 update. The way it works is just like the Furnace, but it only cooks food items and the speed is double compared to a normal Furnace. To craft a Smoker is quite simple, you just need a Furnace and some Wood or Log.
- 1x Furnace
- 4x Log/Wood/Stripped Log/Stripped Wood
How to craft Smoker in Minecraft
#1 Collect 1x Furnace
Furnace can be crafted by using 8x Cobblestone/Blackstone/Cobbled Deepslate. Just right-click the Crafting Table and put them into the crafting grid, leaving the middle grid empty to craft 1x Furnace.
Furnace can also be generated naturally in Village houses and in the Igloo. You can also look for chests in the Snowy Village to get 1x Furnace. They have a 9.9% chance to contain it.
#2 Collect 4x Log/Wood/Stripped Log/Stripped Wood
Log can be found everywhere in the overworld as well as in the Nether dimension. You need to look for trees and chop them down.
Wood can be crafted by using 4x Log. They yield 3x Wood for each recipe.
To create Stripped Log or Stripped Wood, you just need to use an Axe and right-click on the Wood or Log block. Easy as that!
#3 Finish off crafting a Smoker
When you have 1x Furnace and 4x Log (or 4x of other variations), right-click the Crafting Table and put the Furnace in the middle grid, then surround it on four sides with 4x Log to craft 1x Smoker.
