How to craft Smithing Table in Minecraft
#1 Collect 4x Planks
Planks is a common material in Minecraft. You can get 4x Planks by using 1x Log/Stripped Log/Wood/Stripped Wood and put them in the crafting grid.
Planks can also be generated naturally in most Minecraft structures like mineshafts, villages, woodland mansions, shipwrecks, and more! You can use an axe to harvest them quickly.
#2 Collect 2x Iron Ingot
If you’re already mined a lot of ores underground, you probably have some raw irons. You can get 1x Iron Ingot by putting either 1x Raw Iron, Iron Ore, or Deepslate Iron Ore in the Furnace.
If you have 1x Block of Iron, put it in the crafting grid to get 1x Iron Ingot.
You can craft 1x Iron Ingot by placing 9x Iron Nugget on the crafting table.
Iron Ingot can also be generated in chests in a lot of Minecraft structures. They have a variety of chances to contain 1-9x Iron Ingot.
#3 Finish off crafting a Smithing Table
When you have 4x Planks and 2x Iron Ingot, right-click a Crafting Table and put the planks in the 2x2 shape in the bottom slots, then fill two grids above it with 2x Iron Ingot to craft 1x Smithing Table.
There is a small chance that 1x Smithing Table can be spawned naturally in the toolsmith house in the Village structure.
