Everything you need to make Slimeball
Although Slimeball does not have its own usage, it’s still a part of many important recipes like the Sticky Piston, or the Lead. To find Slimeball, you must find a slime chunk or a wandering trader first, which is kinda rare.

How to craft Slimeball in Minecraft
#1 How to obtain Slimeball
Slimeball is a unique item dropped by Slime. And Slime is only spawned in the slime chunk, which means you must dig a wide enough area to test if that chunk is a slime chunk. You can also find slime chunks very easily by going mining in a big cave.
Slime can be naturally spawned in the Swamp biome.
Each Slime will drop 0-2x Slimeball on death, and up to 5x with Looting III Sword.
Another way to get Slimeball is from Pandas. Baby pandas have a small chase to drop 1x Slimeball when they sneeze.
Alternatively, you can trade 4x Emerald for 1x Slimeball with a wandering trader.
#2 Finish off crafting a Slimeball
If you already have Slime Block in your storage, put it in the crafting grid to get 9x Slimeball. No Crafting Table is needed.
What is the give command to get a Slimeball?
The command to give yourself a Slimeball is: /give @p slime_ball 1
Now you have Slimeball, it’s time to craft some Sticky Pistons and do Redstone!
