Slime Block is a translucent block that makes any items that landed on it bounce, including the player. It also has many usages in Redstone and machines in Minecraft. The only way you can get Slime Block in survival mode is to get Slimeball.

#1 Collect 9x Slimeball

Slimeball is a unique drop from Slime mob. It has many usages and is the essential ingredient to craft Slime Block and Sticky Piston.

Slime has three different sizes. It spawns 2-4x smaller size Slime on death. Each Slime with size 1 drops 0-2x Slimeballs, up to 5x if you have a Looting III sword.

Another way to get Slimeball is to find Baby pandas in the Jungle biome. They have a small chance to drop 1x Slimeball when sneezing.

Alternatively, you can trade 4x Emerald with the Wandering trader for 1x Slimeball.

#2 Finish off crafting a Slime Block

When you have 9x Slimeball, right-click the crafting table and put them all in 9 slots to craft 1x Slime Block. Easy as that!
