3 Best Ways to Use Primogems in Genshin Impact [Must Read]

When I first started playing Genshin Impact, I would use my Primogems to refill my resin. Looking back, I kind of have some regrets, so here is a compiled list of the best ways to use Primogems in Genshin Impact!

Intertwined Fate

On special occasions, Genshin Impact will have versions and world tasks that reward you with Intertwined Fates, however, you can also convert Primogems into Intertwined Fates. One Intertwined Fate will cost you 160 Primogems, so keep that in mind.

That said, I deliberately put this at the top of the list because Genshin Impact's gameplay experience can be seriously enhanced if you own more characters. A lot of the most fun characters to play in Genshin Impact also tend to be on limited-time banners, so you only have a short window of time to pull for them (do you know what are pulls in Genshin Impact?)

If you wish to use your Primogems wisely, then I seriously recommend you to just use your Primogems for Intertwined Fates - or pull on limited-time banners - as I do. So in any case you feel that you are content with the characters you have in Genshin Impact, then here are the next best alternative ways to spend your Primogems.

Acquaint Fate

The standard banner version of Intertwined Fates, Acquaint Fates can only be used on the standard (or permanent) banner. The reason why Acquaints is second on this list is because you can obtain a set of characters and weapons regardless of when you pull - they will forever be in the pool of obtainable pulls.

Pulling constellations and refinements for these non-limited characters and weapons can be a powerful asset to have in Genshin Impact for the long run, especially as the game's most challenging mechanic, the Spiral Abyss, gradually becomes tougher with each new version.

Refilling Resin

The last way you can spend your Primogems in Genshin Impact is to refill your resin. The Primogems price to refill resin is shown below (refreshes daily):

Maybe only if you spend real-world money to purchase Genesis Crystals, then I guess you could spend primogems for resin - but I will never refill resin with Primogems after the first daily purchase.
