Program Soraka

This skin has probably the most unique concept out of all the Soraka skins. No one would have thought of a robot that would heal all of her allies. It also has a little bit of cyberpunk touch to it, which is well-loved by the gaming community.

Program Soraka's model is straight up a green futuristic robot. I never really thought this kind of cometic would suit her, but the simple armor and holographic details suit are tough to beat when it comes to skin models. The triangular particles will appear whenever she casts her abilities, and I would say that this is a never-before-seen concept. Dawnbringer Soraka/Nightbringer Soraka

Released on December 19, 2019 and priced at 1820 Riot Points, these are the most expensive Soraka skins ever. It follows the Chaos and Order storyline set in an alternate universe of Runeterra. It is now your time to either unleash light or darkness to the world by choosing either of these skins.

Based on the story, Dawnbringer Soraka/Nightbringer Soraka is a child of the Gods that gave Dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo the power that they currently have. If you look at the splash art above, her spike armor, long hair, face paint, crown, and astral body, totally give off the whole "child of God" concept.
