5 Best XP Farms In Minecraft

Getting XP or experience points while enjoying your game is a big ask. Why don't we build automatic farms as XP generators? There are many farms without dangerous mob-like kelp Minecraft XP farms, AFK fish farms, bamboo farms, and gold farms. 

But following are the mob farms like guardian farm, Enderman farm, and blaze rods farm, with a high level of XP. These Minecraft XP farms can also be created in Java edition in any of the java versions.

Ultimate Mob Farm

We got the easiest but well worthy Minecraft XP farm here that requires no more than 4 minutes to build. Just place the items and your Minecraft XP farm is ready amazingly, this mob farm does not require any mob spawner. Build a farm and wait for a minute to get unlimited XPs. It includes the raided farm, blaze rods XP farm, and other mob farms.

Step 1: Dig a Hole

First of all, dig a 2x2 hole and place a double chest in there that will catch the mobs in it.

Step 2: Place The Hoppers

Next Place 4 hoppers and make sure they are connected to the chest.

Step 3: Place The Slabs

Now, you need to put 4 slabs on the hopper and make a cobblestone wall around it.

Step 4: Make It High

The wall must be 22 blocks high. The topmost wall should have 4 bridges with a length of 8 blocks around it.

Step 5: Make The Boundary

Now, make 2 blocks high walls around the edges of bridges and place a roof over them. Next, get into that upper portion of the farm and place some torches around as we will be here for some time. Place some trap doors in the tunnel and put some water buckets too.

Step 6: Place Trapdoors

Now, now place the trapdoors and leave the place and wait for some mobs to spawn and get trapped in the bait. Go down and start killing them and earn as many XP as you want. You can watch this tutorial to see how they build a whole XP farm.

1 Hit XP Farm

One Hit XP Farm, is another great mob farm that can get you plenty of XP in just a few seconds just like guardian farm. This is basically an Enderman killing farm and is also called an automatic farm or mob spawner farm. The farm is designed in a way that you will reach 30 level XP in just 60 seconds it is one of the highest XP generating XP farms in Minecraft.

Step 1: Make The Lava Rock

First things first, go in the end and make the lava flow down the island. Place water next to it and wait until they get down the island. Once done, go down and place the leaf blocks on the last cobblestone block.

Step 2: Place Stairs & Make Platform

Place stairs along the cobblestone to make your way back up. Now extend the leaves in the same direction up to 128 blocks out of the island. At The end of the blocks, make a platform of 9x9 with cobblestone leaving a 3x3 space in the center.

Step 3: Place Hopper & Chest

Make two extra holes on any side of the hole and place two chests side by side, and fill the space ( remaining 9 blocks) with the hoppers. Cover the hoppers with the carpet. Now you have to build another exact platform with a 3x3 center hole just 2 blocks above the first one.

Step 4: Build The Structure

To do that, place two temporary dirt blocks and start your building. Place carpet on the edges of this platform and add another layer of carpet on the previous one to get some height. Now make a ring of cobblestone in the center leaving the 3x3 hole as it is.

Step 5: Reach The Height

Keep doing the same process until you reach the height of Y = 44 coordinates. Now spread the platform up to 13 blocks on each side.

Step 6: Place Trapdoors

Add 8 trapdoors to cover the center hole and open them. Make a 4 blocks high dirt structure as shown and place an iron bar on its top and place a carpet on the bar.

Step 7: Make Endermite Cart

Make a temporary wall around the carpet. Place a rail in the center hollow space and place an endermite into a cart and also cover the cart with the carpet and enjoy the show.

Step 8: Kill & Get The XP

The alderman will attract the Endermite and will fall into the hole. You just have to go down and hit with the last sword hit to kill them. You will be on XP level 32 from o in just one minute from this XP farms in Minecraft.

Cave Spider Spawner XP Farm

If you need more XP in a short period of time, the cave spider farm is the best for making the Minecraft XP farm. Such farms are called spawner XP farms or spawner farm like blaze farm or guardian farm. Spiders are easy to kill and each spider generates 5 XP. The best cave to find the spider spawner is the mineshaft.

Step 1: Make a Room

To start, you need to dig a 9x9 area around the spawner in four directions and dig 3 blocks below the spawner and 2 blocks above it. Don’t forget to place torches around the spawner to stop the spiders from spawning.

Step 2: Dig Out Extension Room

Fill the room with the water such that it flows from one side of the room to the other. Now dig out a 3x2 hole in the wall opposite to the water and make it deep up to 7 blocks.

Step 3: Place Signs

At the entrance of the hole make a spillway using the signs to separate spiders. Now skip 2 blocks ahead of the signs and dig another area with 3x2 dimensions and place 3 chests in that area.

Step 4: Place Hoppers

Now add three hoppers in front of chests towards the side of signs and cover them with the slabs.

Step 5: Fill Room With Water

Now dig three blocks along with the hoppers and add 3 walls in these holes. Now dig an area of 3x6 in front of chests. Now spill water buckets to create the water flow towards the hoppers and chests.

Step 6: Make The Roof

Once it’s done, cover the roof area using stone and place the trap doors on the roof at the end. Now you just have to remove the torches from the spawner and the spawner room. Dig around the chamber to the spawner and remove the lights.

Step 7: Kill & Get The XP

Nether Mob XP Farm

Nether mob XP farm is one of the best Minecraft XP farms in the early game to get fast experience points just like the kelp farm and bamboo farm. To make it you will need the following resources.

Step 1: Dig a Hole

Once you are in the nether, find the nether waste biome which is the best place for this XP farm. Select the flattest area possible to make the farm. Dig 4x3 blocks area with 4 blocks depth. Now place a chest in the center of the roofless room and connect three hoppers by placing them behind the chest.

Step 2: Place Hoppers & Chest

Now place one block on the right and one on the left side of the chest. Cover the hopper and the chest using the slabs. Place three diorite blocks in front of the chest two blocks above the floor level.

Step 3:Make The Roof

Place the stairs on the wall behind you and get yourself out of the chamber. Now cover the roof with polished diorite and do not cover the hopper’s side and also leave a hole on the top of the stairs. Make this roof up to two blocks in height and add more stairs.

Step 4: Make The Boundary Wall

Now we need to place the trapdoors in the area we did not cover with stones (above the hoppers). Now keep the trapdoors open and hit any zombified piglins.

Step 5: Kill The Hostile

They will all rush towards you and eventually fall in. Go down the stairs and kill the hostile mobs to get XP. It is just like the gold farm you make from pigline. Follow this video to replicate the idea.

Easy Enderman XP Farm

It is one of the best Minecraft mob farms which gathers the Enderman for you. Enderman farm acts as spawner XP farm. You have to repeat a few steps from the second Hit farm to make a good XP farm.

Step 1: Make The Lava Rock

Go to the ender, drop the lava from the height and throw water using a water bucket on the lave. It will dry out into cobblestone.

Step 2: Place Stairs

Travel down using the water and place the leaf block at the very bottom. Now extend these leaf blocks up to 128 blocks.

Step 3: Make Structure

Make a small platform of 4x4 at the end. Make the roof of the platform just one block above. Make the same structure above it using the leaves blocks. Extend the area by placing the leaf blocks in the previous line. Here also make a small platform for Enderman to spawn.

Step 4: Make Endermite Cart

Now place the Endermite in the central chamber as we did in the Hit farm to attract the Enderman. This best Minecraft XP farm will give you up to 32 levels of XP in one minute.
