Black Stained Glass Pane is a black version of a normal glass pane block in Minecraft. It has a dim and dark texture and can be hard to see through. To craft a Black Stained Glass Pane, you will need to collect some sand and a black dye.

• OR 8x Glass Pane and 1x Black Dye

How to craft Black Stained Glass Pane in Minecraft

#1 Collect 6x Black Stained Glass

Sand is the essential block to make any kind of glasses in Minecraft. So gather some and put them in the Furnace to obtain 1x Glass for each sand smelted.

Then you will need to find a Black Dye. It can be crafted by putting either 1x Ink Sac or 1x Wither Rose in the crafting grid.

When you have 8x Glass and 1x Black Dye, right-click a Crafting Table and put the Black dye in the middle grid, surround it with 8x Glass to craft 8x Black Stained Glass. Skip to Step 3 when you’ve done this.

#2 Collect 8x Glass Pane and 1x Black Dye

When you have at least 6x Glass, right-click the Crafting Table and put them in a 3x2 shape to craft 16x Glass Pane. To make glass and black dye, please go to Step 1.

#3 Finish off crafting a Black Stained Glass Pane

When you have 6x Black Stained Glass, just put them in a 3x2 shape in the Crafting Table to craft 16x Black Stained Glass Pane.

If you have 8x Glass Pane and 1x Black Dye instead, right-click the Crafting Table and put the Black Dye in the middle grid, then surround it with 8x Glass Pane to craft 8x Black Stained Glass Pane.
