How to craft Stone Stairs in Minecraft

#1 Collect 6x Stone

Stone is a common block in Minecraft that be found literally anywhere in the overworld biome. Sometimes they're exposed to the surface like on the mountain or the ravine. If you can’t find them, just dig straight down a few blocks.

You can create a Stone by making lava flow down to any water block.

If you have 1x Cobblestone, put and smelt it in the Furnace to get 1x Stone. And you can get Cobblestone by mining Stone with any non-Silk Touch tools, or find them in most generated structures like Dungeons, Temples, Pillager Outposts, Woodland Mansions, and more!

Alternatively, you can find 1x Stone in chests in the Villages. They have a 37.7% chance to generate one.

#2 Finish off crafting a Stone Stairs

When you have 6x Stone, right-click on any Crafting Table and it in the stair shape to craft 4x Stone Stairs.

Stone Stairs can also be made by putting 1x Stone in the Stonecutter. It will make 1x Stone Stairs for each Stone.

What is the give command to get a Stone Stairs?

The command to give yourself a Stone Stairs is: /give @p stone_stairs 1

Now you have Stone Stairs, just place them down in the world by right-clicking on the ground while selecting it in the hot bar.
