COD Turbulence gameplay

Starting off with one of Call of Duty's best campaign characters Captain Price, this is said as part of his speech before the Turbulence mission.

The Epicness of this quote is just one aspect of what makes it the best - the fact that it also rings true to real life, and how well it fits with the Modern Warfare 3 story of Makarov causing havoc and igniting tensions makes it truly hit different.

"Dragovich, Kravchenko, Steiner… all must die." – Viktor Reznov

Victor Reznov

This quote sits right at the heart of the Black Ops story, and its simplicity is part of what makes it so impactful. Played by Gary Oldman (one of the best celebrity crossovers in Call of Duty), Victor Reznov plants his seeds for revenge in Alex Mason's mind, disrupting his Soviet brainwashing.

With these few words altering both the course of the campaign and the Cold War, there's something weighty about them, making it one of the best lines from any Call of Duty games.
