1. Break 4 ground blocks, and place 2 connected chests in the hole
2. Hold Shift to crouch, then place and connect the hopper with the double chest
3. While crouching, place the wooden fence on top of the hopper
4. Place the pressure plate on top of the fence, and place the bucket of water directly on the side of the fence
5. On the right of the hole where the water is flowing, place the note block
6. Press Shift to crouch, and place the random block on the note block
7. Place the iron trap door on the side of the random block facing the pressure plate

To start this easy AFK fish farm, you'll want to stand on the double chest and aim directly at the side of the iron trapdoor. 

Then pull up your fishing rod, and start your auto clicker set up to right-click all the time. Holding or rapidly right-clicking doesn't make a change, as the automatic farm will work nevertheless. You can find your fish and loot in the double chest!
