5 Best Escape from Tarkov Keys On Reserve [Ranked]

RB-KPRL

Unlike for the best keys on Customs or the best Lightouse keys, the key that we consider the absolute best on Reserve is RB-KPRL. Firstly, it unlocks a room with 2 safes, a weapon cabinet, a weapon box, a standing weapon safe, and two intelligence spawns... Quite a lot, huh?

Another great thing about RB-KPRL is that it's perfect for both loot-heavy and PvP-focused runs, and it's definitely the most versatile key on the list. Moreover, its location is super close to other key rooms like RB-RLSA, which will just enable you even more efficient runs. Even though it costs around 200,000 roubles, the potential loot easily justifies the cost, and anyone who tried it already knows that. 

Honestly, we just couldn't make a "best Reserve keys" listing without this particular key; that would just be illegal.

RB-ST

The thing about RB-ST is that it is required for two quests, which adds extra value beyond simple loot-farming. It's loot diversity is also legendary at this point, as it can unlock you three weapon boxes, two grenade boxes, and an array of loose loot spawns with rare items. 

The room RB-ST unlocks is located in the garage next to the White Knight building, which you can also farm, as it is not a highly contested area (usually).  Its cost also helps, as it currently sits at approximately 100,000 roubles, making it much more accessible for players, and you can also get it for free at the end of Spa Tour – Part 7. 

RB-TB

Moving on, we have one of the most affordable keys (costing only 50,000 roubles) with a pretty nice loot potential. The room RB-TB unlocks contains three weapon racks, plus is spawns various attachments/ammunition. All this makes RB-TB another versatile key on this list, focusing on both combat equipment and sellable items. 

Plus, its location is found in the basement of the Black Pawn building, which you will most likely be safe at. Even though it's 3rd on this list, it could easily be top 1 for many of you, especially for those who want to loot without any potential competition.

RB-BK

The top 4 spot goes to RB-BK, which is generally not expensive, and it is considered as one of the most accessible Escape from Tarkov keys on Reserve. Despite not being the most impressive of the marked keys, it still offers high-value loot and ammunition, which can be profitable when sold on the market.

However, one fantastic thing about it is the location synergy; its location is in the basement of the Black Pawn building, right next to RB-TB. Once again, it is not the highest traffic area on Reserve, which offers you a moderate risk-reward balance. 

RB-SMP

Lastly, we have RB-SMP; a pretty unique key, as it exclusively spawns medical supplies, including rare and valuable items like ophthalmoscopes, SJ6s, and MULE stims. Frankly speaking, it could be one of the most high priority keys for many of you.

You might also need this one for a Therapist quest, which adds to its value and utility, other than just focusing on looting. The only downside that we would consider here is its cost – around 400,000 roubles. Still, it can be quite valuable, offering a reasonable risk-reword ratio if you manage to extract safely.
