After it's been requested by the community for awhile, Blue Mammoth Games has finally developed full cross-platform for Brawlhalla, and it has been this way for a few years now. This was very good news for the players: it means you can play with friends and against other players on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox, Mobile, and PC.
Since that implementation was made, however, a new need was created and a question needed to be answered:
"Can I play and have my progress synced between different platforms?" In other words, does Brawlhalla have cross-progression? That's what the playerbase wanted to know.

Cross progression in Brawlhalla
There's a common misconception on the internet that since Brawlhalla does have cross-play, then it definitely does have cross-progression.
On the day of writing this article, Brawlhalla does not have Cross progression. Blue Mammoth Games has said recently that they are still working on it, and it's not ready yet.

Can I link my accounts to Brawlhalla?
Not having cross-progression, linking accounts between accounts is not needed, therefore it's not even possible. You will have a different account based on the platform you are using.
However, if you have Amazon Prime, you can link your account to Twitch to get free games and rewards, including free skins for Brawlhalla.
