Best Kha’Zix Skins | LoL
Runeterra’s unseen threat, Kha’zix preys on the most powerful, and most isolated targets alive, to consume their strength and fuel his evolution.
Kha’Zix is a voidling League of Legends and Wild Rift champion, inspired by the Alien franchise, and based on an insect. With every prey consumed, he adapts and grows stronger. In his quest for the ultimate form, he has achieved quite a number of evolutions, and Riot Games have made them his skins, and we bring you the best ones to feast your eyes upon.
Dark Star Kha’Zix
If the inspiration for Kha’zix’s champion design comes from Alien, it is only natural that this League of Legends champion gets a skin from beyond the stars, one that is as dark as his nature, Dark Star Kha’Zix.
The Dark Star Kha’Zix skin was released on May 03, 2017, with a price of 1350 RP, in League of Legends, and 990 WIld Cores in WIld Rift. This skin updates Kha’Zix’s base champion design with new animations, sounds, and particle effects for his abilities.
The main reason the Dark Star Kha’Zix skin is elevated above all others, besides the quality of the updates, is his splash art making him into a League of Legends Galactus. Dark Star Kha’Zix doesn’t target enemy champions, but planets instead.
Unlike the ruthless League of Legends champion we know and love, Mecha Kha’Zix is a protector of civilians against the Kaiju threat. As the Mecha skins make the champions, well, mecha, the interaction of Kha’Zix’s core ability, the Void Assault, and the options for the champion to evolve are no longer biological, but mechanical instead.
The Mecha Kha’Zix skin was released on September 26, 2012, and is Kha’Zix’s oldest skin. In League of Legends, the Mecha Kha'Zix skin can be purchased for 1350 RP, while in Wild Rift its price reaches 990 Wild Cores.
The updates this skin brings to the default champion are immense and exotic, considering the champion’s base design. Due to being part of the Mecha skin line, Mecha Kha’Zix gets new animations, particle effects, and sounds, with his Evolved Active Camouflage the core of the skin’s design. Ironically, with Mecha Kha’Zix’s lore, no civilians will become isolated targets for the Kaiju.
Death Blossom Kha’Zix
In the meta of assassin junglers following the item build of bruisers, Kha’Zix stands alone as the S-tier champion, on the jungler tier list, that is still an assassin in more than name. His Death Blossom Kha’Zix skin reflects this to the outmost, with a sleek design and champion model.
The Death Blossom Kha’Zix skin was released on March 17, 2016. Though it is only a Normal-rated skin, only one other League of Legends champion shares the Death Blossom theme with Kha’Zix, and that is Elise, with her own Death Blossom skin.
The Death Blossom skin line is based on plants, as well as the default champion’s insectoid inspiration, making a synergy of the two. As such, Death Blossom Kha’Zix hides in plain sight, with his enemies unable to see the unseen threat until it’s too late. The Death Blossom skin is worth far more than the 975 RP it is priced at in League of Legends, and Wild Rift seems to agree by awarding him a price of 725 Wild Cores.
Nothing says that a champion has a steady an oppressive win rate like a Championship skin. The Championship Kha’Zix skin was released in honor of the 2018 League of Legends World Championship held in South Korea.
Its exact release date is September 27, 2018, with an Epic rating and 1350 RP. This is the only Kha’Zix skin in the game that cannot be purchased anymore, as it has been placed in the Legacy vault.
With a sleek, metallic look, compared to the bulky one of Mecha Kha’Zix, and new animations that celebrate the World Championship with fireworks, the Championship Kha’Zix skin is a smooth killing machine. Compared to the Championship Riven, the only champion with two such skins, Kha’Zix has an advantage in chromas, as Championship Kha’Zix is the skin with the most chromas in League of Legends! One chroma for each of the competing teams.
The most famous interaction between two champions in League of Legends is the interaction between Kha’Zix and Rengar, and their mutual hunt for each other. to gain an upper hand, Kha’Zix consumes everything in his path and evolves into various forms of himself, which are represented by his skins.
If there is one thing all of his skins have in common, though, it’s that Kha’Zix is a mean killing machine, corroborated by the fact that every squishy enemy champion trembles at the mention of his name.
On the other side of sneakiness, we have the noble Yordle ninja, Kennen. His skins can be taken as his disguises, and Kennen is a creative ninja for sure. To take inspiration from his disguises, you check them out on our list of Yordle ninja's best skins.
