For this Viktor build, you will be focusing on dealing high damage in the late game and not losing mana even if you spam your Death ray. Viktor can deal tons of magic damage even with low ability power and that is why this Viktor build will focus on building as much magic penetration as possible to mitigate the Magic resistance items of enemies.

Best Viktor Runes

Viktor is a great poking champion, meaning he can proc First Strike quite often and he can use this rune to empower the damage of his pokes and gain bonus gold at the same time.
