Top 5 Bucky Valorant Skins in 2021
Check out our five suggestions for your new Bucky shotgun skin!
Bucky is hardly the main weapon for most Valorant players... well, except maybe some freaks. And it is for them that we've compiled this list! So if you are a fan of this specific shotgun, look into our five suggestions to help you pick your new Bucky skin. Each of these Valorant weapon skins costs 1775 Valorant Points, which is $23.
Ion Bucky Skin
The Ion Bucky Valorant skin was added to the game on November 10th, 2020, as a part of the Ion Collection. It’s an upgradeable skin, but it only comes in one variant. You can purchase the Ion Bucky skin for 1775 VPs in the Valorant Store.
We all know the Ion Collection — futuristic skins with a minimal design that are super clean in every aspect. And it's no different for Bucky! That gunshot sound is truly unique, and the VFX and animations make it feel like you're playing with an entirely different weapon. Moreover, this specific Bucky gun skin makes the gameplay feel much “lighter”, can you feel it too? Even playing with an Ion Melee skin makes our movements kind of smoother. Good thing that Ion Gun Buddy doesn't work like that; that would be so OP.
Oni Bucky Skin
The Oni Bucky Valorant skin was added to the game on July 21st, 2020, as a part of the Oni Collection. It’s an upgradeable skin, and it comes in four variants — Default, Black, Green, Black, and Yellow. You can purchase the Oni Bucky skin for 1775 VPs in the Valorant Store.
Moving on, something from the skin collection that everyone recognizes, mainly thanks to Melee Weapon and Phantom skin. This collection appeared in the third Valorant Patch after the game's official release and is still one of the most used among all players. Its name consists of the same letters as the previous skin, but it presents an absolutely different vibe and is not for fans of minimalistic designs. However, all variants look super-premium and refined, making us consider this weapon skin worth every single Valorant Point.
Magepunk Bucky Skin
The Magepunk Bucky Valorant skin was added to the game on April 1st, 2021, as a part of the Magepunk Collection. It’s an upgradeable skin, and it comes in four variants — Default, Green, Pink, and Gold. You can purchase the Magepunk Bucky skin for 1775 VPs in the Valorant Store.
Magepunk skins are some of the best out of all released skins by far, and that's a fact, not an opinion. This is probably the most cyberpunk-ish weapon skin for Bucky in the game, and sure — you can complain that there's no Glitchpop Bucky, but honestly? We think that Magepunk would still look better, plus it would be cheaper, so it's really a no-brainer. We’re still waiting for a EP2 bundle, as we’d really want to see a Magepunk Phantom, with that glowing silencer. Plus, a new Magepunk Knife skin would also be nice. Come on Riot!
Origin Bucky Skin
The Origin Bucky Valorant skin was added to the game on June 22nd, 2021, as a part of the Origin Collection. It’s an upgradeable skin, and it comes in four variants — Default, Green, Red, and White. You can purchase the Bucky skin for 1775 VPs in the Valorant Store.
Now Bucky from a relatively new weapon skin bundle named “Origin”. Looking at Origin Bucky, you can really tell that Riot is making more and more complex animations with each bundle. It’s somewhat like the one from the Prime skin collection, but better! However, if you have trouble with low FPS, purchasing this one might not be the best idea. There’s really a lot going on with these skins, and you can especially see it on the Origin Frenzy. But if you have no problems in this matter and like this design, go for it!
GUN Bucky Skin
The GUN Bucky Valorant skin was added to the game on September 29th, 2020, as a part of the Gravitational Uranium Neuroblaster Collection. It’s an upgradeable skin, and it comes in four variants — Default. You can purchase the GUN Bucky skin for 1775 VPs in the Valorant Store.
We started this listing with a futuristic Valorant skin, and we'll end it with… a non-futuristic one. All the Neuroblaster skin line weapons are made in that cosmic style, and you have to admit that it really fits Bucky. This skin works a bit like a time machine that is supposed to take us back to the glory days of “Star Trek”, i.e., sometime in the 70s.
Okay, you Bucky freaks, we hope that we’ve managed to help you choose your new look for your favorite shotgun weapon. It's just too bad there's no Elderflame Bundle Bucky skin. Well, that skin line is so popular that we'll probably get another collection of it, and who knows what Riot might have in store in terms of all these unreleased skins?
