How To Gift a Battle Pass Fortnite
The best way to get everyone in your squad rocking some baller in game cosmetics such as the best Fortnite Knight Skins is by gifting the current Fortnite season Battle Pass.
Here is how to gift the battle pass in Fortnite:
- Open Fortnite Battle Royale and select the Battle Pass Tab.
- If you already have the current season's Battle Pass you can select the Gift The Battle Pass button. If you don't own the current season's Battle Pass select the Get The Battle Pass button and you'll see Gift The Battle Pass in the bottom right corner.
- Search for your Fortnite friend to gift it to on the left side of the screen. Check to make sure they don't own the item already with the item owned counter under their name.
- After selecting their name from the social tab click Continue then enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
If you followed the above steps, your Fortnite friend will have a gift when they log into Fortnite next.
Can I Gift the Battle Pass With V Bucks?
Unfortunately, you can not gift Battle Passes with V Bucks in Fortnite, and you can only do it through a money transaction. You can only gift the Fortnite Battle Pass using money transactions.
How Much Does Gifting the Fortnite Battle Pass Cost?
The Fortnite Battle Passes costs the same to send in a gift box as it does to purchase for yourself from Epic Games, the equivalent of 950 V Bucks.
Since you can't gift Battle Passes using V Bucks, the cost of gifting Battle Passes is roughly equal to the amount it would cost to purchase 950 V Bucks.
The good news is that you can also earn money playing by Fortnite, so you can earn for yourself and your friends if you are a hard grinder, especially when the new season starts.
