It is important to have “Dance of Arrows” maxed out first in the skill order since you mostly kite when using Kindred, which gives you attack speed when casted. Kindred's ultimate, “Lamb's Respite”, heals you the more you upgrade it and has a shorter cooldown so you want to upgrade it as much as possible when it's up. Then prioritize “Mounting Dread”, which deals more damage based on your enemy's missing health. Lastly, you should upgrade “Wolf's Frenzy” last since this build gets damage from auto attacks.

We recommend getting Emberknife so that you can upgrade to Challenging Smite later in the game. You will also need to get a refillable potion and a stealth ward for clearing jungle.

Out of all mythic items in this patch 12.14, Kraken Slayer is more fitting for this champion. Make sure to get it as early as you can as it'll give you more Attack Damage and Attack Speed. You should also have Berserker's Greaves by now and The Collector hopefully at 19 minutes into the game.
