Zeri is currently a B-tier ADC who has a very interesting playstyle. She auto-attacks with her Q ability, Burst Fire, and enjoys kiting enemies up close!
In patch 12.15, although she is one of the harder ADC champions to play. Zeri’s win rate is shockingly low at 42.3%, but this is because of how hard she is. She has a low pick rate of 3.5% and a ban rate of 2.4%. These prove how hard it is for even the best players to play her correctly.

Precision and Lethal Tempo give Zeri extra attack speed when attacking champions for the first time, whilst Triumph is a must-have as an ADC in team fights. It means that getting some extra HP after getting a kill can keep you alive!
Legend: Alacrity gives Zeri more attack speed based on every Legend stack she gets for killing enemy champions and monsters! Last Stand means she does more damage the lower HP she is, and when combined with Triumph, this is a lethal combination! Coup De Grace is also a valid option instead of Last Stand!
Resolve secondary gives her a bit more survivability, with Conditioning giving her extra Armor and Magic Resist after 12 minutes. Overgrowth means she gets more HP for killing creeps!

Hecarim and Shaco are two of the few champions that don’t use Flash, but Zeri needs it to Kite!
Most ADCs take Heal, but Zeri takes Ghost to work with her movement speed boosts in her kit, which is a rare thing for ADCs! She arguably doesn’t need Heal as her passive means she can be tanky by absorbing an enemy shield from nearby enemies she hits!
Best Zeri Abilities Order
This is one of the most important parts, as you want to ensure you level the right abilities at the right time! This is the best skill order for Zeri’s abilities:
The first ability you want to max is your Q, Burst Fire. This is your basic auto-attack ability, and you need to level it as early as possible to get the most damage and attack speed out of it! Her Burst Fire passive means she does a lot of damage when this is leveled up!
Second, you should max E, Spark Surge, which is Zeri’s dash. This should be leveled first and maxed second, meaning she can kite a lot easier during team fights. This also gives her a faster triple shot after dashing!
Finally make sure to level W, Ultrashock Laser. This is only a poke tool and isn’t needed as much as the other two! Make sure that your ultimate ability, Lightning Crash is being leveled at 6,12, and 16! This does more damage for every enemy hit!

Immortal Shieldbow is Zeri’s Mythic item, as it gives 50 Attack Damage, 20% Attack Speed, 20% Critical Strike Chance, and 7% Lifesteal. It does decent by itself, but it increases a lot of stats when Zeri gets even more items!
The attack speed boost of Berserker’s Greaves combined with this works really well as the two first items.
Phantom Dancer third adds into that with 20 AD, 25% Attack Speed, 20% Critical Strike Chance, and 7% Move Speed, which fits Zeri’s playstyle perfectly!

Infinity Edge has 70 AD and 20% Critical Strike Chance which takes Zeri up to 60%. The Infinity Edge passive of Perfection gives Zeri an extra 35% if she has 60% already, so after Infinity Edge she will have a 95% Critical Strike Chance!
Lord Dominik’s Regards gives her 30 AD, 20% Critical Strike Chance, and 30% Armor Penetration for tanky late game enemy champions! Bloodthirster gives her some survivability with 18% Lifesteal, 55 Attack Damage, and another 20% Critical Strike Chance.

Aphelios is a very easy champion to beat as Zeri - just make sure he has a weak combination of guns. Aphelios, Varus, and Ashe try to keep their enemies at a distance and Zeri is very good at gap closing.
