American professional player turned company executive Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag has been a staple figure in Call of Duty since he made his professional debut in 2008 at 16.

Since retiring from professional tournaments, Nadeshot has been at the helm of 100 Thieves as its founder and CEO. Under his leadership, the organization competed and won in several S-Tier and A-Tiers Valorant tournaments.

Nadeshot uses a high DPI with low in-game sensitivity, with his eDPI lower than most players like Asuna and Derrek. Having a lower eDPI requires more mouse space since you need more mouse movement to move your crosshair.
