7 Best Marksman Supports for Double ADC Bot Lane

1 /7

Miss Fortune

Born as one of the best sleeper OP champion picks against bot laners that summon minions, such as Zyra or Heimerdinger, Miss Fortune has since found her playstyle as a support marksman champion.

Using the minions to bounce her Q and poke the enemy ADC, while getting gold from her support item and the First Strike rune while doing so, allows Miss Fortune to quickly buy the cheap lethality items even on a support income.

From that point forward, a good E plus R combo is enough to melt anyone in her way!

2 /7

Caitlyn

Another champion who takes advantage of building lethality items as a marksman is Caitlyn. And she is, even more so than Miss Fortune, the ultimate lane bully, as she has the longest attack range in LoL.

With her traps, she can gain control of bushes in lane, and by hiding in them her headshot passive stacks twice as quickly. This way, Caitlyn is safely poking enemies with her auto attacks that, with the passive, deal a lot of damage even in the early game.

None of the mainstream support champions can keep their ADC safe from said poke, as enchanter cooldowns are too long to shield from every auto attack, and even the best engage support champions will find themselves landing on a well-placed trap if they try to engage!

3 /7

Jhin

If a trend is started by professional players, you can be sure that it's worth playing. Jhin is one of the most versatile champions in LoL, as far as marksmen are concerned, with his traps that slow enemies, a long-range root, and an ultimate that provides great covering fire from afar.

Thus, Jhin can fulfill the role of a playmaking support champion to an extent, while also adding his own damage to the mix to delete the enemies.

And, if there is a skirmish in the river, his ultimate is more than enough to turn the tide of battle, especially since he can use it without having to worry about farming his wave first!

Varus

Much like Jhin, Varus also offers utility for his team with his ultimate. Its primary purpose is providing attack speed to Varus when he is the ADC, but it's a great team fighting tool due to its root when he's played as a support, as it can root multiple opponents if used correctly in a team fight.

In addition, as a support, Varus can build lethality and ability power, depending on the team composition and the meta, and provide excellent long-range poke in both cases!

5 /7

Twitch

If Twitch were played more often in the support role, he could have easily been one of the best roaming supports in LoL. This is simply due to his invisibility, which allows him to gank enemies and run them down simply by walking up to them.

Due to having a support's income, however, Twitch must rely on building the cheaper, Ability Power items. Still, with his scaling, he can easily burst down the enemy bot lane when he exits stealth, or even the whole team in a team fight.

Due to how dangerous he is his ADC is free to act as the enemy's attention is divided between them and Twitch support!

6 /7

Ashe

Three of four Ashe's abilities are a match made in heaven for the support role. When building ability haste on this champion, her W can be spammed for poke and to slow down the enemy, in addition to her basic attacks that do the same, giving her ADC extra peel.

Her E is a long-rage ability that gives vision of the map, making it easy to track the enemy jungler, while her Ultimate ability is a global ability, whose stun scales with the distance the arrow travels.

During the late game, Ashe's cooldowns are greatly reduced from all the ability haste, and she can shoot her ultimate to make picks with no fear of washing the ability!

7 /7

Senna

Senna is the only marksman in League of Legends designed for the support role. Her design allows her to scale as well as any ADC, even on a support income, due to the souls she picks up.

These souls, however, make Senna one of the best scaling champions in the game, as they allow for infinite scaling.

Senna is the amalgamation of all the previous champions on this list. Due to her souls, her range increases over time, her Q heals allies, her W is an AoE root, her E gives movement speed, while her ultimate is a global ability that shields allies and damages enemies!

She is one of the best support champions in League of Legends, even when compared to the mainstream ones!
