Playing ARAM Games

To get a reroll for the ARAM game mode, players need to collect 250 ARAM points, which are collected by playing ARAM games, on the ARAM map, the Howling Abyss.

The progression can be checked in the profile tab of your LoL Client.

  1. Open LoL Client
  2. Open your Profile
  3. Hover over the reroll icon in the lower left corner to check the reroll credits

LoL - ARAM Reroll points Progression

There is a piece of information that even the more experienced players, a number which rises every year evidenced by the average LoL player agemay not know.

Namely, the fact that each ARAM game, whether it's a win or a loss, played with a different or same champion, always awards at least 65 reroll points.

So, you'll get a reroll every 4 ARAM games!

Buy More Champions

Playing ARAM games is not the only way to get more ARAM rerolls. Or, at the very least, not the most optimal one!

In addition to getting 65 points for each ARAM match, players get 1.5 points each for all champions owned, when playing a game of ARAM!

By owning, at least, 124 champions, of the constantly rising number of how many champions there are in League of Legends, players can make sure to get a reroll every ARAM game, by earning 251 points for each ARAM game they've played.

LoL - Champion Permanents

Of course, any points that are over the needed amount are banked and are carried over to the next progression.

That means that, if players own all 164 current champions in the game, every fourth ARAM game they will get two rerolls, to always be able to get rid of the random champion they get.

LoL - ARAM Reroll Bench

In addition, more owned champions mean a bigger champion pool to get rerolls from, which includes the ARAM free roster, to get the best champions for ARAM, deny the enemy those same champions, win the game, and increase ARAM MMR.

It must be noted that the maximum amount of rerolls players can have at one time is 2 rerolls. If these are not used in champion select, their reroll progression will not award them any more rerolls until one is used up.
