Sivir
Sivir is an ADC that Riot Games practically made for new players to improve their early-game farming, as her entire design makes farming easier, as well as allows her to poke the enemy ADC champion at the same time!
Her spell shield allows Sivir to make mistakes, and stifle the engage of even the best engage support champions, while her skill shot is easy to hit, and her main mode of dealing damage is her auto attacks!
Ashe
Speaking of auto attacks, the ADC role is defined by Ashe, the stereotypical attack damage carry, who relies on her attack speed and auto attacks only to dish out her damage!
What makes Ashe easy to play, is her E, which allows her to know if there is an ambush waiting for her somewhere, an ult that is an incredible and straightforward engage tool, and the slow on her W and auto attacks that help Ashe kite easily!
She is so easy to and straightforward to play, in fact, that Ashe is one of the best marksman supports in addition to being an ADC!
Miss Fortune
The attack damage carry, as the name implies, is meant to carry games. With her ultimate, which can melt the entire enemy team during the mid and late games, due to its large hitbox, Miss Fortune makes it easy to do just that!
In lane, she can poke the enemy champions hiding behind minions with her Q, which bounces from one target to another, dealing increased damage if the first target dies. This way, she hinders their own farming and achieves an easy lane advantage.
Ezreal
When playing against Ezreal, he becomes one of the most annoying champions in the entire game. This is because he deals all of his damage from skill shots, which have a longer range than auto attacks.
In addition, his E is a blink that has priority over all other abilities, meaning that even a delayed reaction in casting your E will get you out of trouble, regardless of whether you were hit or not!
Varus
Interestingly enough, Varus is one of the best artillery mages in LoL, and even Riot classified him as an artillery mage. His abilities have the longest range out of all ADCs, which makes it incredibly easy to always win trades in lane.
With an ultimate that can root enemies regardless of the distance it travels, unlike Ashe's arrow, Varus finds it easy to get himself out of trouble. The only ability that makes his gameplay a tad bit more complicated is his stacks.
However, they are incredibly simple to understand and apply, by doing what any ADC does anyway, auto-attack the enemy!
Tristana
If you want to play the easier champions found in League of Legends, the ADC role may not be for you. Especially if you want to play the game aggressively. Still, Tristana is the easiest aggressive ADC to play in League of Legends.
Unlike with other ADCs, when Tristana's support engages at level 2, due to her jump being one of the best dash abilities in LoL, and the bombs she stacks for additional damage, she can kill any of the other champions you can find in the bot lane.
Due to this, learning the matchups with Tristana is easy. If you have a good support for Tristana, you win a 2v2. It's that easy, especially in low elo!
Jinx
Placing Jinx on this list may cause some controversy, as Jinx is one of the best high elo ADC champions, and one who can ignore the max attack speed possible in LoL, and has to use it effectively.
And, while mastering Jinx is a long process, as she can carry games in the right hands, with a high skill ceiling, her skill floor is also low.
With rockets that make it easy to farm and deal AoE damage, a skill shot that slows, traps larger than Caitlyn's that provide a root, and a straightforward global ult that executes enemies below a certain health, you can play Jinx adequately after only a few games.
