IGZ Lakia Mouse,Crosshair, Keybinds, Map, Video settings

Kim Lakia Jong Min is a former professional CS2 (CSGO) player who decided to become a professional Valorant player, and joined NUTURN Gaming in late 2020. He made himself known to western audiences with his performance on the South Korea team DRX Vision Strikers in 2021.

He is currently playing for the team IGZ in the Japanese VCT as the teams main Initiator even though his Valorant career started as a Duelist. His CS2 (CSGO) experience on teams like Lucid Dream has surely helped him develop quite the career shortly after he started playing Valorant and found a Valorant team.

LAKIA MOUSE SETTINGS

Looking at Lakia's Valorant settings and comparing them to other Valorant pro settings, we see that not much stands out. He is a former Global Offensive player that prefers 800 DPI for his mouse settings. With a mouse sensitivity of 0,33 and scoped sensitivity of 1, his EDPI is on the lower side of most pro Valorant settings. In our best mouse settings article we mentioned that the average EDPI for most professional Valorant players is 280, and Lakia goes right under it.

LAKIA CROSSHAIR SETTINGS

In the table below we can see Lakia’s Valorant settings that make up his crosshair and immediately notice that he is using a dot crosshair. Even though the center dot and outer lines are turned off, he manages to get this shape with the inner lines. The most important in game settings related to his crosshair are his inner line opacity of 1, his inner line length of 1, his inner line thickness of 5 and his inner line offset of 2.

With these Valorant settings he is able to create a thin dot crosshair without using the center dot or the outer lines. In our best crosshair colors article we talked about how effective the White crosshair color is and it seems that Kim Jong Min agrees with us. Firing error and movement error are both turned off, which makes for a more stable crosshair, something similar to TenZ's crosshair or Asuna's crosshair.

His primary weapon is set to 1, his secondary weapon is set to 2 and his melee weapon is set to 3. With these game settings, Kim Lakia Jong Min was able to be one of the best performers on the 2021 Vision Strikers roster.

LAKIA MAP SETTINGS

In our best map settings article we discussed how important it is to have a rotating minimap, but it seems that’s not the case with Lakia. Kim Jong Min in game settings show that he uses a Fixed minimap that rotates based on the side. The Show map region names setting is turned on to Always and the minimap is not Player Centered.
