Arcadia Stats

1

Arcadia has a big focus on Strength and Dexterity. While her defense is maybe a viable option in 2v2's, the stance we recommend for her is definitely speed. It just feels a lot better on her.

Basics of Brawlhalla combos

There are two types of attacks: light and signature

2

Light attacks are used for approaching an enemy.

3

Signature attacks are used for finishing an opponent.

Every legend has the same light attacks (if they have the same weapon), but signatures are different for every legend. Signatures are also referred to as sigs.

Arcadia Spear Best Combos, Strings and Signature Moves

Spear > nSig

Simple signature. Arcadia jumps in the air and does a 180 air spear flick launching and flipping enemies vertically upwards. Hits them once again for good measure. Fast signature, not good area of coverage but if set up correctly it won’t make a problem. Kills later than sSig. 140% to be exact.

Spear > sSig

Arcadia charges up a bug-rhino like creature that charges enemies up to the side, and when hit launches them in the air for her to spear smack them. Has great damage, really slow but very good range.

Kills at about 130%. Really good signature for 2v2’s.

Spear > dSig

Arcadia jumps in the air and stuns enemies into place with her wind.Unique signature definitely. Can be used for set-ups in 2v2’s. Deals average damage but keep in mind that this cannot kill! Really easy to pair up for some excellent true combos; such as nAir sAir etc. Another great string is dSig > sAir > nLight. Or dSig > gC > nLight…

Best Arcadia spear combos and strings

sLight > dLight

This is one of the most simple spear combo-string. It can also follow up to some more complicated reads. It has a dodge window of 2 frames or more, depending on how fast you can do a follow-up dlight. Possible at all percentages

dLight > sAir

This is a combo. Good for racking up damage and is also a kill confirm. You can also use it as a follow-up for the previous combo. It is relatively easy to input, but positioning is key. Possible at all percentages.

sAir > nLight

Great combo after an aerial hit. Racks up damage and gives you good positioning. After the 80% the combo is no longer doable so you will have to do dodge reads, preferably with the sLight instead of the nLight considering the sLight can lead to more strings.

dLight > nAir

Another follow-up option after dLight, however, it’s not true. It doesn’t kill like sAir, but it does hit neutral dodges, so it is a good option if your opponent keeps neutral dodging. Use this variation so that you can continue the string because the sAir gives too much knockback.

sLight > dLight > gC > dLight > sAir

Longest string on our list. After the sAir you will get an advantageous position over your opponent, they will have to recover to get back into the ring. You can mix up the dLight with nLight or the sAir with nAir, Rec to get a kill finish, etc. Lots of variations, be sure to experiment in-game not every string is compatible with every scenario.

Arcadia Greatsword Best Combos, Strings and Signature Moves

With greatsword you should always strive for dodge windows and mixups! Don’t ever forget that!

Greatsword > nSig

Arcadia slashes her sword in the air, creating a swarm of butterflies which surround her opponents, if the move is charged however, Arcadia proceeds to grow a pair of wings which she then uses to fly in the air with the butterflies. The move has great area coverage and range, not to mention that it also hits grounded!

Greatsword > dSig

Arcadia creates another warp of butterflies, but this time on the ground. The move does not have any knockback and doesn’t really deal much damage. The signature is used for setups so it is basically 2v2 dependent because the move on it’s own does have one true combo however. Make sure you adapt it to your gameplay because the signature is kind of confusing at first. Doesn’t have kill potential.

Greatsword > sSig

This move differs drastically depending if you charge it or not. If you do not charge it then Arcadia slashes her sword at a decent speed with huge area coverage and good range. The non charged version also deals more damage. The charged version shoots out a swarm of butterflies which then hit your opponents. Both moves have their uses and it is depending on the part of the game and your enemies playstyle when you should charge the move or not. Non-charged finishes opponents ~150%, charged 180%.

Best Arcadia Greatsword combos and strings

dLight > nLight

A basic string that comes in handy and is a base for basically every other string and combo in the greatswords kit. The reason you do not go for another red nLight is because it is easily dodgable with a dodge window of 4, meaning you will just get punished with the excess end frames the red moves have. Without the red followup, you also get a chance to read your opponents dodge, which is also welcome! Useful combo, worth practicing! Possible at all percentages

sLight > dLight > dLight

This string makes use of the red hit. Considering that between the first and second dLight there is no dodge window, it greatly values and boost the usefulness of this string. You can definitely blast your opponents away with this string! Possible at al percentages.

dAir > nLight > nLight

Great option after an airborne hit, and it also racks up crazy damage. You can also just ignore the second nLight if you want to read your opponents dodge or bait your opponents a little bit. Make sure you practice this combo as well. Possible at all percentages.

dSig > sAir

This is a signature combo that uses the dSig’s uniqueness. It does great damage and it is relatively easy to setup. Even if you mess the combo up you are not in that bad of a position, which greatly improves the viability of this combo. This combo also has decent kill potential, so that is great as well. The combo might take some time to get right, but it is worth it!. Also make sure to use it as a kill option when near the edge so that the sAir kills earlier! Possible at all percentages.

dSig > Rec

This is also a true combo. You can use this variant if you are in the middle of the stage, and considering that Rec has higher kill power it is a great improvement over the sAir version, but both have their differences. This one might also take some time to master, but it is also worthwhile. Possible at all percentages.

gP > nLight

This is a true combo. It has a dodge window of 1 which is still true. It is great for racking up damage and for a quick little mixup. The reason you don’t follow up with a red move after is because it does not have a true follow up, meaning that you will have to read your opponents dodge after. But it is still a great damage option. Especially considering that it is possible at all percentages. Make sure you practice it!
