Artemis special tactics
Neutral game
Artemis has a powerful rocket lance that can create opportunities easily. The weapon is long and has great force. This allows for a safeish approach, using short combos in conjunction with signatures to gain an advantage.

Use the sAir or the sLight to catch enemies and play around your range. The scythe can be used as a quicker and more elegant approach. Play around short aerial combos to throw the opponent offstage, using the dAir.
Offstage Game
Playing offstage is a matter of using the floaty playstyle optimally. Artemis weapons allow for a strong and threatening offstage. The rocket lance allows for safe aerial combat thanks to the sAir and the recovery.

The scythe can be used similarly.Play around the sAir and the dAir to grab the enemy and throw it away from the stage. Use the light attacks and the recovery to reverse your situation. Using the gravity cancel for starting combos can be done, but be wary of risky plays when away from the stage.
Edgeguarding
Artemis has strong edgeguarding capabilities. Play around the scythe and dodge read the enemy into a short combo.

Try to throw the enemy offstage using you down air or your recovery, then use the groundpound or another recovery for the kill. The rocket lance can be used similarly, although with much more throwing force. Catch the enemy using a side air or the groundpound.

Rocket Lance nSig
Artemis generates a sphere of dark energy, and after a short delay throws it diagonally upwards. If an enemy is hit by the sphere she will then follow up with an upward trust of the lance. Useful in edgeguarding situations but hard to hit. Use it sparsely or guarantee the hit with a short combo or a dodge read.
Rocket Lance sSig
Artemis conveys dark energy on the butt of her rocket lance and rushes forward. Any enemy hit will be thrown horizontally with high force. Bread and butter signature, useful on grounded enemies or inserted in a combo.
Rocket Lance dSig
Artemis starts floating and then sprays the area under her with dark energy hitting any enemy under her. Especially useful in edgeguarding situations, the large area of effect will hit any enemy caught returning to stage.
Scythe nSig
Artemis jumps and then swings her scythe upwards. If an opponent is hit he will be thrown diagonally upwards. Useful in small combos or coupled with some dodge reading.
Scythe sSig
Artemis swings her scythe laterally. If an enemy is hit she will then proceed to lift them upwards and shoot the opponent with a dark energy ray from her face. The resulting hit will throw the opponent diagonally upwards. Useful with grounded enemies and used in short combos.
Scythe dSig
Artemis starts floating and then releases a slow moving energy sphere that will gravitate downwards. If an enemy is hit she will then proceed to strike them and send the opponent flying horizontally. Can be used in edgeguarding situations, but be wary of the slow speed of the sphere.
