What is the Average Rank in Valorant?

One of the best ways to measure someone's skill in Riot Games' first-person shooting game Valorant is through their rank. Professional players who have already proven their skill level in the game are in the higher ranks, while casual gamers usually have lower ranks.

But do you know that most Valorant players are in the lower ranks?

According to Riot Games, Valorant players should be placed on the lower end of their rank estimate and then test if that rank is low by proving to them that you belong at the higher level. As a result, you will see more Rank Rating per win and less per loss in your first few games on your starting rank.

Overall, it simply means that most players are in the lower ranks than in the higher ones. That explains why Radiant players can be queued up with each other since there are only around 6596 of them worldwide.
